Re: NFL Off Topic
I feel like this is going to end up like the Deflategate mess.
A whole bunch of loud noise in the beginning but end up being nothing. They’ll still fine(Lol @ fining a Billionaire)Kraft and make him miss games just because of the initial charge.#RespectTheCultureComment

Re: NFL Off Topic
Kraft is a big name connected to a potential sex-trafficking ring. The past few years have proven immorality and abuse to women is met with substantial scrutiny (as it should)...look at Jerry Richardson.
I doubt (or perhaps more so hope he's not for his sake) that he's connected to the trafficking ring but the police have stated they video evidence to confirm their prostitution charges so I don't see how the NFL (or the media/fans) allows an owner convicted of prostitution to keep a team.

Re: NFL Off Topic
Good God, there's no way Kraft can get out of this without some serious punishment even if it's not from a legal standpoint and it's just the NFL. Some snippets from a Buzzfeed article:
Arrest warrants have been issued for more than 300 people as part of the entire bust, Martin County Sheriff William Snyder told BuzzFeed News. In addition to the dozens of men arrested for soliciting sexual acts, several parlor owners were arrested.
The women who were allegedly being trafficked are being treated as victims in this case, Snyder said.......
Snyder characterized the ring of spas as an "international trafficking enterprise," and said they've traced millions of dollars to bank accounts in China.
"We have seized half a million dollars so far, one house, several cars," he said. "We followed the money trail and there was $20 million between China and the US."
The women, who are mostly in their 20s and 30s and "don’t speak one word of English," did not have access to showers, stoves, or transportation. They "never left these establishments," Snyder said.
"The women are treated as merchandise, the way they’re moved from place to place," he said.
Snyder said the businesses have persisted for so long "because these places hide in plain sight."
"They’re in strip malls, next to nice grocery stores," he said. "They have beautiful facades and there’s nothing about them that makes them look like illicit sex trafficking is going on."
"The women are made to have unprotected sex with 15 men a day, seven days a week, with no days off," he said. "That’s a lot of people. This is risky behavior."
You can't have an owner of an NFL team associated with something like that even if he "didn't know" (which I call BS on)Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

And they let Jim Irsay keep his team despite pleading guilty to a DUI charge and being caught with $30K in cash and bunch of prescription drugs in his possession. Unless we think paying for a hand job is worse than driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, where you are putting OTHERS at risk.
I’d wager a nice amount of money that they won’t force him to sell the team, especially considering how he’s pretty much in Goodell’s inner circle(along with Jerry Jones). He’ll have a lot of support not just from fellow Owners but people outside of the NFL(President being one of them).
I agree with Tim in that he’ll have to deal with the stigma of this if it’s only that one charge he’s currently facing. And by the time the Draft rolls around, most people aren’t gonna care about this.Last edited by ProfessaPackMan; 02-22-2019, 07:06 PM.#RespectTheCultureComment

I'll be the first to condemn him if he had knowledge of what this was (allegedly) and went through anyway. At the same time, if he didn't know and thought these girls were getting paid for their services and were okay with it I would just shake my head and move on.Comment

Well......
Robert Kraft had no smoke with the law until he started doing prision reform, helping young men get out of prison, speaking out about corruption in the justice system & there being two Americas.
Coincidence?Comment
