Full Tyreek audio released. Expectations of any suspension at all decreasing.

Kansas City sports radio station 610 KCSP aired the entire 11-minute conversation between Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill and his fiancee, Crystal Espinal, that was recorded in a Dubai airport earlier in 2019, according to Terez Paylor of Yahoo Sports.

Albert Haynesworth in the hospital in dire need of a kidney transplant.
Well this hard for me to say but my doctors said I should reach out to my family, friends and fans Some of you may know I’ve been battling kidney disease for a few years now the time has come family, friends and fans I’m in dire need of a kidney mine have finally failed me on July 7 2019. It’s hard to believe from being a professional athlete to only 8 season in retirement that my body has taken another major blow. First with the brain aneurism 3 seasons out of the NFL to now my kidneys failing me. But the bright side of this latest ordeal I can ask for help by asking for someone to generously donate a kidney. If you are interested in giving this precious gift please call Vanderbilt at 615-936-0695 and hit option 2. GOD BLESS thank you for your prayers and thanks for sharing this message. #VFL #TITANUP

Yeah I talked about Incognito a bit in here. Without football, he doesn’t have an outlet for whatever is going on with him so it wasn’t a surprise to see him return to his comfort zone of the football field. He’s shown clear and obvious signs of instability in his time away from the game. I don’t know if he has seeked help or treatment, but he needs it. If he doesn’t, I’m certain he’s going to end up dead sooner then later. The Raiders should be actively working with him while with the team and also map out a long term plan for his life after football, whenever that is.

I saw a lot of folks absolutely trashing him when this news came out and the crazy story was brought back up to the surface, and it was a bit disheartening. The things he did are not things a sane man does. Calling him a piece of garbage, etc. It’s obvious he ain’t right. The actions are a clear cry for help, hopefully someone has answered that. Oftentimes people suffer in private or their transgressions don’t become so public or criminal.

NFLPA says they won't do an 18 game season. Not in best interest of players.

I wouldn't mind an 18 game season with an extra bye week added in and 1-2 fewer preseason games.

One proposal I saw was an 18 game season, but players can only play a max of 16 games. Which seems horrible. Imagine entering final 3 games of season having to choose which one certain guys play, especially in playoff race.

The fantasy and fan experience of a 16 game limit is pretty awful. Some fans are lucky to go to even one game a year, or have their team visiting the team in their market... and some of their favorite players could be benched? Even if you make exceptions for the positions with protections (LS, K, P, QB) it's hard to find a workable solution there.

Seems like a starting point, another way to grow revenues, especially as momentum continues to build to reduce preseason games.

I would think the NFLPA would be all over that 16 game max. It would add players to the roster getting game checks. Teams would have to pay 2 QBs and it gets those backups game experience to then become starters.

Personally I would think it was stupid and way too hard to follow. You would want to save the 2 games for injuries, so most of the players would be out the last few weeks. It could kill fantasy football, so that would be beneficial.

They should just do a 16 game season with an additional bye week and one less week of preseason games. They would get 18 weeks of regular season football with that. I’m not for adding additional games as it’s already hard enough to keep players healthy.

18 games with a 16 game playing limit for players also makes no sense to me. I don’t want to see backup quarterbacks unless the starter is hurt.

It sounds nice, but if the purpose is to expand revenue it actually accomplishes the opposite.

It expands revenue to the owners and ads income for the union. It does add costs with having to expand rosters some, but adding 2 games will easily make up the costs when TV deals are included.

It's incredibly stupid, but everyone makes more but they current players.

I wasn't looking at it to expand revenue. I assume an extra week of regular season TV and one less week of preseason is a net zero or worse.

I just think giving an extra bye week could help players stay a little healthier during the course of the season. It could also help with scheduling for London games and giving more time off before your required Thursday night game.
