Their pizza here is amazing, it's the only thing I get. I have one less than five minutes from my house and you're right. HH is solid. Huge pizza slices for $1.50? Can't beat that.

Yea, the sandwhich itself is very overrated.

Kaep's workout is live streaming on youtube. The NFL one didn't happen. He's doing his own one.

If the NFL was trying to get some positive PR with the Kap workout, they sure went about it in an odd way.

I don't think either side comes out looking good. Kaepernick changing the venue last minute over the media not being allowed in when that has been known for days seems highly questionable to me. The NFL throwing this together last minute and then refusing to at least move it to the following Saturday to give all potential parties involved enough time to schedule for it seems even more questionable. I personally wonder if Kap even wants to play at this point, asking for Nike to be allowed in to shoot a commercial while doing his workout, of which the NFL allowed, makes me more skeptical then I was before in terms of his true intent. Time will tell I guess but nothing he did today makes me believe he truly wants to play in the NFL again.

                Re: NFL Off Topic

So I read yesterday there were 24 teams who were going to go watch his workout, now they're reporting 8 were actually in attendance. I assume its either the 24 was never really confirmed or the switch in venues last minute impacted the desire of 67% of the teams to even attend. I know Hue Jackson was supposed to oversee it and when they switched venues he bailed saying he didn't have enough time to get there. I understand, on some level, he doesn't trust the NFL front office to do the right thing here, but if he was legit wanting to be back in the NFL he would do whatever it takes. It's not as if the workout wasn't going to be filmed at all, it just wasn't open to the general media and if you've got the potential of 24 teams sending reps to view you then do the damn thing.

He caught lightning in a bottle when he replaced Alex Smith and had a receiving core that hid his one read capabilities thanks to Moss outside who kept safeties deep allowing Vernon and Crabtree to work underneath in one on one coverages. Moss retired, the Niners haven't had a legit deep threat since then and Kap was exposed when the underneath passing lanes became clogged. Unless he actually shows an ability to stand in the pocket and read defenses this whole dog and pony show will never equate to anything.

He may want back, but he wants it on his terms. I think that would be clear by now.

After today’s workout in Atlanta, an NFL executive at Colin Kaepernick’s throwing session said his arm talent is “elite” and is the same as when he came out of college. He said that Kaepernick threw the ball well.

At least he gets another Nike commercial out of it.

I'm not sure that happened. That was part of the original deal. I was watching the stream and didn't see anything that looked like a commercial being filmed.

He looked good, for sure. We'd have to see him in a game to know for sure what he can do in 2020 obviously. Need a defense out there.

Feel like it was more of a publicity stunt. Sounded like a politician the way he spoke to the media.

If I was a GM I’d have zero interest in signing him.

He hasn't wanted to play since he voided his contract and quit. He does everything to stay as relevant as possible but then sabotages it when a deal is close. He needs to stay in the public eye so Nike will keep paying him, but as soon as he signs and sits on the bench or plays and looks terrible, the endorsements go away.

If he really wanted to prove he could play, he would be in the CFL, AFL, XFL, going to NFL tryouts during mini camp, etc.
