    "Sources--
    #Eagles and starting LT Jordan Mailata have agreed on a 4-year, $64m contract extension with upside to $80m with $40.85m gtd."

    3 years ago didn't know how to put on a helmet lol. He has made big progress over the last 3 years and was said to had a great camp. They're still banking on potential, but if he plays up to potential, he'd command a lot more in FA this year. I'm guessing the upside is based on Pro Bowl/All-Pro incentives.

      Some brief speculation on the sale of the Broncos next offseason:
      While the team is currently not for sale and Bowlen’s descendants could keep it in the family, sources tell Front Office Sports the family’s differences, combined with the purchase price — expected to be around $4 billion — will likely lead to a sale.

      Sources tell FOS that two names keep popping up as potential new owners:
      • Amazon founder Jeff Bezos: A rep for the world’s richest man previously held talks for a 40% stake in the Washington Football Team. A source with knowledge of the situation told FOS that Bezos remains interested in NFL ownership.
      • Rapper-turned-mogul Jay-Z: Hip-hop’s first billionaire would need partners to purchase the Broncos. Forbes estimated his net worth at around $1.4 billion after the sale of champagne brand Armand de Brignac — he owned 50% when it was acquired by LVMH for $650 million in March.

      While the heirs to late owner Pat Bowlen could agree to keep the team, insiders expect the Denver Broncos to hit the market in 2022.

        Former 49ers LB/DE Parys Haralson died. He was only 37. Also played for the Saints and University of Tennessee.

          Sad to hear. You know how when you play a sports game with a team you become intimately familiar with players you have no reason to know otherwise? Yeah, I had a pretty long franchise going with the 49ers in Madden 10 and he was an OLB for that squad. RIP

                    Considering it’s in Washington, and the team is trying to pick a new name, I imagine it has something to do with that. Total guess.

                      Are they still deciding on a name or did they stick with Washington Football Team?

                      I hope they do choose a name, although hopefully it's not one making people miss the Washington Football Team name.

                        Pretty sure it's just them announcing they will now follow a team around for a full season instead of just the preseason.

                          Yeah, certainly a change to the formula in some way. If it's to cover a specific team next offseason then talking about it now doesn't make any sense.

                          I wonder if Amazon is doing an All or Nothing this year, they stopped in 2019 probably because of COVID, unless they only had a 5-season deal to begin with.

                            Outside of a small, vocal minority(thanks Twitter)and a small section of NBA Media, did anyone really believe the NFL was actually dying a slow death?

                            The answer to your question is easily found doing a quick Google search but to answer your question, they’re going to announce a team name in 2022

                                Been saying this about Gettleman for years, but the blame really falls on John Mara. The Giants have been spinning their wheels since the last Super Bowl win;
