    Big Ben at 15
    Bradshaw at 17???
I always felt like when the older guys were ranked behind the more recent players, it's because the stats looked better on paper for the newer guys. but taking into consideration there are a ton more passes thrown in todays game, the numbers skew towards the newer guys. plus, db's are basically handcuffed compared to older eras. if Ben played on those 70's Steelers team, I feel like Pittsburgh would have still won 4, and I don't think Bradshaw would have won any more than the 2 Ben did if Bradshaw was the qb instead of Ben
but I was glad to see Unitas over Manning, even though Mannings pure numbers are through the roof.

There was speculation about it at the time, but Jessica Pegula confirmed that Kim (the Bills' team president) suffered a heart attack and resulting brain trauma last summer

Bills, Sabres, Illini, Cubs, basically any team that abuses its fanbase and I'm there.

A lot of folks thought it was a stroke or cancer, but I'm just happy she's alive and on the road to recovery. Her quality of life is permanently altered - she can no longer run the Sabres/Bills as president, sadly - but at least she and her family still have one another.

Tough story to read and they didn’t owe us any explanation but at least outside of Buffalo the story never seemed to gain major traction, so I’m glad they got some level of privacy. Most people wouldn’t have even known she’s been out of the spotlight for over a year now. Which is a total shame because from everything I’ve read as a fan out of town, she was a driving force in so much that has helped remake the Bills and the attachment the community has to the team extends to her. My heart goes out to the family and you know Buffalo is gonna make her proud in one way or another.

I think everyone likes him. Seems like he's the consensus #1 RB in the class

He's not quite the runner or have the same vision as Kenneth Walker did in college, but he is a better receiver.

If you were looking to put him in a Kyle Shannahan style offense or a zone scheme, then he's a great fit. If you're drafting him to be RB1 in any scheme because you think he's a future can't miss superstar, I wouldn't go there. I think he dances too much in the hole at times, which has not translated well for most guys going into the NFL. If he can learn to 1 cut and go, he can be really good, but that's not his instinct.

So I think he may be the "best" RB in this class, but I wouldn't put him over some/most of the more recent 1st round/early 2nd round backs to come out in the last 5ish years. I saw him as an above average, really good player in college, not an superstar.

As a GM I'd probably wait and pick up a guy like Spears out of TUL then a guy like Robinson in the 1st round. If Robinson is still sitting there mid/late-second round I'm fine with the pick, but again, only in the right system.

He's more "peak Tony Pollard" than "peak Zeke" if that makes sense. Really really goods player, but not a GREAT player who can carry a team.

                  2 copper.

Oh man Smith went in on the combine [emoji38]

NFLPA executive director DeMaurice Smith called for the end of the NFL scouting combine, saying the event simply allows teams to "engage in intrusive employment actions."

Some really interesting news from USA Today and local Denver news today. USA Today reported that the NFL did an audit on the charities of players that have won the Walter Payton Man of the Year awards and found that in 2020 only 22% of the money Russell Wilson's foundation raised went to charity.

A local reporter did more digging and found that he employed 3 people with his foundation that made $440K combined. The reporter looked up numbers from the foundations of Payton manning, Von Miller, Nick and Bradley Chubb, and John Lynch and found that they all donated at least 70% and upwards of 98% of the money they raised. And Lynch's was the only one that had an employee, they made $42K

Some huge red flags and discrepancies with Wilson's foundation and where they money it raised is going

Him and James Cook would be nasty one-two punch, but I doubt Bills go RB in the 1st round (they should).

It sucks when charities do this because it disincentivizes people from donating to ones that actually help people.

Hard disagree, I think part of the Bills' issues have stemmed from throwing big resources at positions they intend to platoon. I am OK with RBBC but the point is to be cheap, not rotating top 100 picks. Same with DL. While I am always in favor of drafting DL high or investing in FA, we then don't give them enough snaps. Valid points.

We have bigger needs (IOL, WR, S, etc), but I want two solid backs, so we stop seeing Josh run it so much.
