but I mean, if you know your team is gonna stink and you have new unis coming, might as well waste them now, then rebrand with the good stuff if/when you get good again eventually

The Houston Falcons? The white jerseys look like they have black pants and helmet. The font looks like the same too of the number and name.

I really like the home uni, not jumping for joy for the red or the alternates. The H looks nautical (reminds me of Seattle Kraken logo font) and I see they’re trying to pay homage to the Oilers or Houston with the light blue but it doesn’t hit for me. That H is probably more script, like the Detroit Tigers “D” logo. It just doesn’t fit in thay color with the rest IMO. I don’t mind the special lighter blue outline of the Texans logo, and I’m sure pieces of this are meant to show off some local and historical lore (the color scheme for sure) that I simply don’t know.

One thing I dig, but can’t see it fully, is the helmet logo on the red alt helmets. Kind of looks like the ram/wing etc of Rams, Eagles, Vikings etc logo. If it’s a horn that wraps around, that’s awesome and I love it.

Feel like the design of the H is a Houston type thing because I swear U of H has something similar like that also.

Falcons need to take notes on this.

                    From the last page:

                    Jets: whatever.
Lions: I guess as good as is gonna get with that color scheme (it isn't meant as a compliment).

Texans: Why is Houston using black? And even the ones that don't include black look way too aggressive, I guess at least they went for it, but not for me.

Broncos: Ok-ish, the throwback does look really good.

Looking forward to the season even more.

Man, I really haven't been following the draft this year. I use to be so into it and constantly looking at mock drafts. I could hear a player's name when he is in the NFL and know where he went to college. Or do mock draft simulators a lot. This year, I really haven't looked at any mock drafts in depth and haven't done any mock draft simulations at all. I didn't even realize that the draft was this week until Yesterday

I don’t know most of the names in the Draft like I have in years past, but I’ve still been looking forward to it.

But I’ve also been jonesing for ANY Football fix since the season ended especially with my Basketball team being some ***.

I'm definitely tuning in regardless to all 3 days. I'm off the first two nights of draft and I can rune in at work on the low lol since it's the weekend. I just will be dual screening the Sixers-Knicks game and the draft on day one and three of draft.

Maybe later today or early tomorrow I will do a quick go around with mock drafts to get a feel of who the players are and where they are projected

It’s good background tv IMO. The talking heads get in my nerves because they’re basically trying to fill in the time between picks but growing up it was a special day/night because it was the only time you’d see highlight packages.

Now I can go on YouTube and watch their HS highlights [emoji2375]

The only downside is when your team is drafting late, you stick around to watch only for them to trade out of the round, especially on that 1st day lol
