Minnesota's situation might not look great on paper but I feel like we've seen plenty of teams turn things around very fast. All it takes is a few of the right pieces to fall into place.

I just hope AP doesn't follow the LT career path and see all of his talent go to waste.

Minnesota to me has a small window of still being very competitive before a big rebuild process is to be made. The defense is a little on the older side and they need to have a good starting QB. If they can have a QB that can do some damage than I can see Minny being able to reload rather than rebuild with the pieces they have while still having a window of top tier competitiveness for a couple years.

I wanna see more Cordarrelle Patterson. I'm sure Vikes fans would agree. I'm high on him. Think he's gonna have an amazing year next season. They really mixed him in late.

They just need a QB. A bit better then a game manager. Don't know who that would be, though. Is there any hope for Cassell?

Not sure on the defense. I have a feeling that could be where the major work needs to be done.

Cordarrelle is the single most electrifying player I ever have seen play at the college level. The way he can make defenders miss is insane.

He kinda started off slow, but finished this year as one of the best rookies in the league. If he masters the little nuances of playing receiver, he will be a dominant player. He is so much fun to watch.

Patterson and Peterson (say that 10x fast) provide the Vikings with enough special play makers that they need, but the Vikings defense will be garbage next year as it stands. Rhodes will be a top flight corner and Robson is a serviceable DE, but outside of that they are rebuilding that unit IMO.

Elias Sports Breau, the third party responsible for stats in the NFL says Manning's record will stand. An overhead view of the play shows Manning is about a foot behind Decker.

If O'Brien comes in installs and implements a system that sees them win game and chanpionships they won't give a crap what he did to or at PSU, hell some won't care even if they lose games. That is the nature of professional sports and players making generational money these days.

Is O'Brien the only former assistant of Bellichek to have success after leaving the team?

Well Weiss had a couple of decent seasons at ND, bragging about how he'll have a schematic advantage in college. But it's been downhill since.

Remains to be seen if any coaches from the Bellichek tree will have success, which really would be winning a Superbowl.

Some guy named "Saban" has been pretty decent.

To be fair, he did say "that I have ever seen play."

We're at the stage where some of the users here haven't seen Reggie Bush in college (let alone players like Herschel Walker/Charles Woodson/Bo Jackson et al.)

I didn't realize Saban coached under Bellichek.

But he was a big flop at Miami.
