If the coaches are worried it'd be a distraction it's obviously for good reason. Why can the coaches be concerned but not the fans?

Re: NFL Off Topic
Because fans aren't members of the team and should just want to be entertained.
The whole distraction thing is so overblown. Coaches need to get over themselves. We all know they're going to punt on 4&2 everytime anyway.Last edited by dsallupinyaarea; 04-29-2014, 04:51 PM.NFL - Vikings

Re: NFL Off Topic
I'd like to see Tampa on there this year since Schiano isn't there.
None of those three teams sound entertaining.

Re: NFL Off Topic
What exactly is entertaining about watching them run thru Oklahoma drills, players getting cut and hearing the same generic rah-rah speech from a Coach before meaningless Preseason game? What's entertaining about watching teams prepare for the regular season while running half speed practices? Serious question BTW, not trying to be a smart ***.#RespectTheCultureComment

I don't disagree with what you're saying but I'll ask this:

Re: NFL Off Topic
I also hate that preseason games are such big events now bc they effect how players are evaluated. You'd hope teams can overcome obstacles, but I'd still rather limit the number of obstacles before the games are even played.Comment

Re: NFL Off Topic
Its actually pretty entertaining. Pack have you been completely ignoring Hard Knocks all these years?
I agree with dsallupinyaarea. The coaches concern is so overblown.Last edited by kingkilla56; 04-29-2014, 05:38 PM.Comment

Nah I haven't been ignoring it. Have actually watched some myself(moreso in the first few years it was on)but the last few, my interest has dwindled some.#RespectTheCultureComment

I'm sure it's overblown, but I don't have a problem with fans not wanting their team on there. Overexposure is never a good thing.Comment

I wouldn't mind seeing the Bills being on Hard Knocks. It'd be nice to see how Doug Marrone makes his decisions in camp/preseason. Of course, the Bills wouldn't draw much in ratings.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club
