Regarding Goodell: He's become the weakest commissioner the NFL has seen since the days of Bert Bell. He's clearly a puppet of the owners and can't even stand up on his own two legs. All the things he's been doing has been for the purpose of wringing every cent he can from fans and the networks and creating an overexposed, wussified (though some moves i'm ok with) version of football. At some point the NFL is going to become such a huge bloated mess that it's going to implode on itself. I know Mark Cuban got some flack for basically saying the same thing but trust me, the NFL is setting itself up for a huge fall once it becomes too big for its britches so to speak.
Regarding Kosar: I see he's using the past as a scapegoat. He should listen to some of the things he's said on those broadcasts. It's not his speech that got him fired it's the content. He needs to wake up and smell the coffee.
Regarding Earl Morrall: R.I.P., i've never actually seen broadcast clips of him but everything i've read and seen on NFL Films and whatnot leads me to believe he was a pretty good QB and he was really the unsung hero of the '72 Dolphins team. Some people don't realize it but Morrall played a good chunk of that year due to Bob Griese getting injured.
