Where are you getting this from? What example do you have of him sulking LAST year? And considering the teams they've put around him and the number of injuries they've had (especially last year), what makes you think the team doesn't look to him as a leader? Because if we look at results, it sure seems like they rally around Cam to me.

Showed up when they played ATL and lost last year; think they called for a screen play on 4th + forever near the end of the game...while granted Cam was getting drilled all game, he wasn't overly pressured on the play and threw the ball 10 yards short to a wide open Stewart to end the Panthers' chances that game.

He did get better the end of the season and played a good game against SEA (still think we may have won if we woud've stuck with the running game) so hopefully he continues his maturation.
