In a full season it would be impossible to control it for fantasy. In this, the refs are working a game each week and you select a lineup each week, so its easy to do it. They may not always win, but it would help a lot. Which makes it even harder to prove or notice anything suspect. It would be similar to point shaving, but not as hard as you don't care about points.

Example- Ref working Pats vs Colts game and everyone has Brady. Call PI to take away yards, help them get into situations where they run for TDs instead of passing. Everyone who has Brady probably loses and you pick another QB. Its not giving you a win, but it is helping a lot.

I really think, after reading your posts, that you don't understand how the game works. Either that, or I don't understand what you're trying to say.

I guess people are hopping off the Kirk Cousins bandwagon now. I remember when he had a couple of good games while RGIII was hurt and people were saying that the team should keep him and trade RGIII . Looks like the redskins should start looking at Connor Cook, Dak Prescott, or Jared Goff. What do you think of one of those guys possibly playing for the 'skins next year? you like any of them?

No, HELL NO and perhaps. That said, Hackenberg looks like a prototype but his mental game seems to have flaws and he will need an excellent Offensive line infront of him. No idea what Washington is gonna do about the QB position, but it seems like the GM has a plan in place.

As far as Cousins, I don't know if he's the best QB on the roster to run this offense so be it. Skins have actually played some good football outside of the QB position this year. They have been decimated by injuries and you could see the season start to turn for the worst this week as they will play the Jets with 3/5 of their week 1 offensive line not playing....

It's just not that simple. They would have to "discretely" control the stats on both teams for multiple players in pretty much every game. It'd actually be easier to make an impact for their year long fantasy team in a league (10 to 16 teams, all with different players... only playing against one other team each week), but even that would be pretty difficult, especially while remaining discrete.

NFL referees are a complete joke. Sooooo now all you have to do is break the plane for a touchdown catch?

I should point out, go look at what just went down in the Chicago/Detroit game for details on the latest ridiculousness.

I saw that and have zero clue what is a catch anymore. Tate did not have possession there.

Yeah, the rules and the refs are inconsistent and stupid. Players get TDs on catches that would not count as catches if they were anywhere except in the endzone. More and more I see rules and decisions that make no logical sense.

The NFL keeps stressing the element of a football move to confirm a catch. What move did Tate make to confirm that as a catch?

                            It's become a joke.

Just heard Blandino's explanation on RedZone and it's almost as much of a joke as the actual play.

Guys like Cris Carter made careers out of grabbing the ball in the endzone and just falling over out-of-bounds with their toes in the endzone. The "football move" thing only seems to matter when it's a catch outside the endzone, or when the refs are looking to screw over a team, lol. Overall it's inconsistent BS.
