Yeah there's no chance all 3 relocate. I can see two teams sharing a stadium if the Raiders end up moving there. Most likely it'd be Raiders and Chargers if that's the case.

So are we definitely going to have a team in LA next year?

          Maybe even two teams.

Which owner has the privately financed stadium plan?

If anything, only 1 team in LA would be surprising.

I think it's the Rams owner.

I would think the Rams owner has the best shot. I know the NFL wants block it because they want publicly funded stadiums, but they can't really do that without opening themselves up to lawsuit, unless they block the Raiders & Chargers, too.

Kroenke (Rams owner) could fund a stadium on his own without a problem. He is filthy rich.

You're underestimating just how rich Stan the Man is. He owns Arsenal, the Nuggets, the Avs, and the Rapids.

His wife is from the family that founded Wal-Mart.

Ehh not really. Is he one of the richest owners league, probably. But all these of owners can finance their own stadiums but they don't want to.

That's the difference with Kroneke. His stadium plan is privately funded, costing taxpayers nothing.

The notion of having only public-funded stadium is crazy.

I agree with you completely. It's so stupid for these stadiums to have the public fund the majority of a new stadium. They usually never break even.
