If someone pulls the trigger on Michael Buchanan I think they're getting a steal, there were times when he looked like a better prospect than Whitney Mercilus when they were on the field together, he got into a fight after his junior year and had his jaw broken which resulted in him losing weight due to his liquid diet which in turn caused him to play smaller his senior year and you could tell that hurt him.

Whoever gets him and gives him some time in the weightroom is going to be getting a good pass rusher IMO.

Redskins draft is over.
Their 7 picks are:

2 (51): David Amerson, CB - NC State
3 (85): Jordan Reed, TE - Florida
4 (119): Phillip Thomas, S - Fresno State
5 (153): Chris Thompson, RB - Florida State
5 (162): Brandon Jenkins, OLB - Florida State
6 (191): Bacarri Rambo, S - Georgia
7 (228): Jawan Jamison, RB - Rutgers

I don't follow College Football much, but this seems to be a pretty good draft.
The 3 DB's will be an immediate upgrade.
Amerson lead the Nation in INT's for 2011, Thomas & Rambo were #1 & 2 last year.
Hope they can do the same in the NFL, Skins need more Turnovers.
Jenkins could be a replacement for L. Alexander.
Reed, Thompson, & Jamison could compete for a backup spot or a Practice Squad spot.

This has gotta be the best draft the Cardinals have done I think ever. Getting Swope in the 6th...major steal. Trading down their 2nd to get the guy they really wanted in Minter and gaining a 4th to draft a solid OG. Keim and company is doing more than expected.

I'm glad they didn't waste a pick on a questionable QB class and addressed the OLine and defense getting two stud linebackers. Also the two rb's we drafted are good blocking RB's.

On another note, Arians has said Mathieu will play free safety.

Cards defense is looking really good now, and hope Cason steps up and also Flemming with a year under his belt will be a lot better.Linebacking crew is scary: Washington, Minter, Acho and now Okafor. Can't wait.

Damn it, I thought he was saying "Josh Johnson" I would've flipped, but sadly, I hope someone picks him up as UDFA. Well, at least Kawann Short is on the Panthers. My only question was why didn't the Jets pick up a single TE or WR in this draft, or even HB to compete with Chris Ivory? While I like Ivory, who is Smith/Sanchez/Tebow/Garrard/McElroy going to throw to at WR outside of Santonio Holmes and Stephen Hill, who I still think will be a really good receiver.

He must have just been terrible in interviews with teams because he has just as much arm talent, if not more, than any QB in this draft. That is the only explanation for why he went undrafted. You would think that someone would have taken a shot at him if they thought there was any chance they could reach his potential.

Hopefully going undrafted will be a wake up call for him and he can do something as an UDFA.
