It's not odd at all dude, one or both of those guys is talking to the prosecutions side about what happened cause there is no way 3 people are in involved in 1st degree murder and only one guy gets charged with it... Also someone said maybe it got out of hand but I doubt that cause the guy got shot multiple times in the back and back of his head which sounds like execution style to me

The timeline info says he was shot twice in the chest...nothing about head shots or back of the head. I didn't see that info at all.

There are numerous reports with all kinds of different info about where he was shot. I saw one saying he was shot in the arm, groin, back, and chest. Another said he was shot in the back of the head. Another said he was shot three times when he got out of the car (I'm assuming in the back?), and then Hernandez stood over him and put two in his chest.

Interesting...well, clearly there is a lot more to this than any of us know yet, and none of it is good for Hernandez. I hope the DA doesn't screw it up if he is guilty.

Yeah first couple of days reports were that only two shots were fired supposedly and now it's five... Which is another odd thing about this cassis that with 4 or 5 days of media coverage the exact cause of death isn't public knowledge yet

I have to say, everything about the case from the state side seems like it's being done in the very best way possible. They weren't the ones responsible for the arrest warrant false reporting, nothing seems like it's getting out of hand and it seems to be all handled in a very professional manner.

I don't think he did it, he had too much to loose, a good football career and a family, he probably paid someone else to do it. I do think he set it up though, which is no better really.

Any news on the motive? I'm trying to think what will make someone do this, the victim must of had relations with his fiance, that's the only thing I can think of.

These types of things don't need motive that fits into normal definition. If you kill someone, there is something wrong with your brain.

That being said, and take this for what it's worth which is very little... Supposedly in the last 6-12 months Hernandez has been trying to distance himself from "that life." It's been reported that he's had paranoia issues with the fact that he thinks people from his past thinks he owes them something and he thought they would try to kill him. My uneducated guess is that these people he thought (rightly or wrongly) were out to kill/seriously injure him are some of the people he saw Lloyd talking to that set him over the edge. Again, this is all pure speculation at this point.

Nobody knows anything concrete as of yet, and we won't for a good while I am assuming (especially with the gag order surrounding the case now.)

Cant for the life of me figure out what in the heck that dude was thinking. Wow... nothing like throwing away your entire life at such a young age, throwing away the cash, and everything that comes with the NFL lifestyle. Yikes.

As for the Pats... I love it. Couldn't have happened to a better team Anything that's a negative for them, is a huge positive for me! lol

He is CLEARLY not being convicted of this crime at the moment and despite the evidence there is a still a large burden to convict him of 1st degree murder. They have to remove all reasonable doubt from a jury. That isn't easy.

Just once again want to reiterate that number of individuals who commit crime and are not convicted FAR OUTWEIGH the number of those who do not commit crime and are convicted. I'm talking about extremely large descrepancies.
