But I know that teams and NFL security hire a lot of ex-cops, and they have expense accounts to take their cop friends to dinner, games, events because they want their backs scratched when some players "make poor decisions.". I fully believe that the Patriots got an anonymous phone call the morning Hernandez was to be arrested letting them know of the charges.

But again this is all just my personal thoughts.
    Agreed, NE knew.

Get rid of the gangbangers, ghetto trash and put decency and respect back into pro football.

It`s called being man enough to be responsible for your actions. You should not be putting yourself in those type situations. They know better.

So 20 somethings never make a mistake? Seriously, I would hate to see the NFL if they went with your "justice". Speeding in your new sports car? Out of the league? No thanks, I don't want to watch Big 10 football on Sundays.

I think the team might not have known all the issues with
Hernandez, but his teammates knew what his mindset was..

Lol since when does not getting arrested equate "perfection" lol? Pretty sure people can make mistakes of different degrees of stupidity. Make one large enough to have you get a criminal record and sorry, no more pro football for you. There's always the fast food industry lol

You can have a "criminal record" for getting a DUI, driving 20 mph over the speed limit, hitting your wife. I guarantee there are plenty of lawyers and doctors who have records for those offenses and are not working "in the fast food industry". The harder to find your skills are to find/train the more rope you get, that's just the way it is.

A speeding ticket does not result in a criminal record lol. Its a voilation

It can if you miss court. Then you can be arrested on an OFA for a speeding ticket. It's not uncommon for arrest warrants to be issued for driving offenses.

This guy has never been a teammate, coach etc of Hernandez, so I'm not sure where you got "ex-teammate" from.

I personally can't find any way that they've ever been connected.

Yep, in fact, they usually lined up right next to each other for two seasons.
