I feel like they're going to try and plead insanity if they find they have no other choice. News Outlets tried to make it a big story that he "felt like people were out to get him". I think they'd use it as a "He thought everyone was following him and trying to kill him", so he just snapped one day.

It's crazy, but we've all seen crazier stuff in court.

Well if he really did play a part in the double homicide from last year, I guess I can see how the idea that he wouldn't get caught could get in his head.

I feel like they're going to try and plead insanity if they find they have no other choice. News Outlets tried to make it a big story that he "felt like people were out to get him". It's crazy, but we've all seen crazier stuff in court.

The only thing about that is they would need to bring people that knew him and could show something changed, unless they say he has always been crazy/paranoid. If they do that, then the prosecution should be able to bring up his past crimes.

I've read one of the theories is that Lloyd had knowledge of the double homicide and was associating that night with individuals at the club who knew the double homicide victims; Hernandez was afraid that Lloyd would out him for the murders, hence Hernandez' motivation to kill Lloyd in the continued cover-up of the double homicide.

Just a theory but it makes some sense.

So here's my theory.. Sounds like a TV show..

Hernandez had 3 close friends (The 2nd guy that was arrested, the snitch, and Lloyd.)

Hernandez committed the murders in 2010 with all 3 of his friends.

The snitch started getting worried/possible guilt trip and wanted to tell the cops or someone about it.

When Hernandez started realizing that he was losing his trust in his friends, the snitch pointed the finger at Lloyd saying he was the guy talking to take the heat away from him.

Hernandez got riled up, confronted Lloyd, in which of course Lloyd denied everything.

Things calmed down, but there was still heat with Hernandez and Lloyd (probably why Lloyd warned his sister about who he got in the car with)

The car ride wasn't heated (which is probably why Lloyd was able to text) they probably went back and forth about the fact that somebody in the group was talking/losing trust.

They finally get to their destination.. and the snitch, getting even more worried that his name would come up, ratted out Lloyd to Hernandez on the spot. Specifically pointing out the conversation Lloyd had with the group at the club. Lloyd denies, Hernandez gets pissed, and shots fired.

The snitch finally goes to the cops, and this is how they know all the facts. Cops ask where the murder weapon is, and the snitch is so rattled he doesn't know but gives the "he may have threw it in the pond by his house"
