Re: Aaron Hernandez Saga
What are the other charges he is facing in this trial besides the murder charges. Because his lawyers are saying that he witnessed the murder of Lloyd but didn't commit the crime. So if there are any conspiracy charges or accessory charges he would be guilty on those.Comment

Re: Aaron Hernandez Saga
Also if he walks he is still going back to the prison where he is being held anyways so it doesn't matter that much. And he is going back because of the alleged double murder trial coming later this year.Comment

Eh, not really.
Anyway, that link is now updated.
A WHDH cameraman was banned from attending the trial after he admitted under oath that he followed the jurors. The judge did not declare a mistrial, and the jury continued deliberations.Comment

Re: Aaron Hernandez Saga
I think there is enough here to convict him, but it is also possible for him to walk on this charge. All it takes is one foolish juror to scream circumstantial evidence is not good enough.
Interestingly enough if I was a juror I would have vote to not convict until the defense's closing arguments. Admitting he was present but was scared and did not know what to do? Bad move, never would buy that.Comment
