What are the other charges he is facing in this trial besides the murder charges. Because his lawyers are saying that he witnessed the murder of Lloyd but didn't commit the crime. So if there are any conspiracy charges or accessory charges he would be guilty on those.

I didn't expect him to say he witnessed the murder...maybe he is just trying to muddy the waters.

Yeah, seems like a gamble having told Kraft he was at a club and stuff then to say he witnessed it but didn't pull the trigger.

Also if he walks he is still going back to the prison where he is being held anyways so it doesn't matter that much. And he is going back because of the alleged double murder trial coming later this year.

I read a little about that case. Are they saying that one will be tougher to beat then the current one?

I was listening to a Boston radio station yesterday and they said that the Lloyd case has more circumstantial evidence. And like I said the double murder the state has a witness that is going to testify that Hernandez murdered the 2 people.

Two jurors could be dismissed and a mistrial could be declared in the Aaron Hernandez murder trial after a TV van allegedly followed the jurors after they left the courthouse Wednesday in Fall River, Mass. Superior Court Judge E. Susan Garsh met with two jurors, along with the prosecution and defense teams, at sidebar Thursday morning, […]

Still some of the blame can go on the parent company. And I'm surprised any news station (affiliate or otherwise) would do this.

                        Eh, not really.

Anyway, that link is now updated.

A WHDH cameraman was banned from attending the trial after he admitted under oath that he followed the jurors. The judge did not declare a mistrial, and the jury continued deliberations.

There is a lot of misunderstanding when it comes to circumstantial evidence. Too many people are under the impression that it is not "good" evidence or not enough to convict. That is not true.

I think there is enough here to convict him, but it is also possible for him to walk on this charge. All it takes is one foolish juror to scream circumstantial evidence is not good enough.

Interestingly enough if I was a juror I would have vote to not convict until the defense's closing arguments. Admitting he was present but was scared and did not know what to do? Bad move, never would buy that.
