Also it is known that he was on all sorts of drugs including weed and PCP. And his defense attorney never talked about that which could have hurt him.
People are convicted of murder all the time based on circumstantial evidence and without a murder weapon. Even the dumbest criminals usually know they need to get rid of the murder weapon, and Hernandez is among the dumbest of criminals because he didn't do it right away and had to get his baby mama to do it after the cops were already all over him. It also doesn't matter if he pulled the trigger or not as long as he was there and a willing participant.

Yeah, that one blew my mind when I read it last night. I remember reading a little bit about this guy, but the whole story and his relationship with Hernandez...crazy.

Hernandez did some truly dumb *** things through this whole saga. Keeping incriminating evidence around for over a year (gun and car) is up there. However, holding a gun up to a guys forehead, pulling the trigger, then letting him live? We have a winner.

Why hasn't he done any interviews yet? One would think that he would want his voice heard. He is already serving life, and possibly death if he's convicted of the Florida murders. He literally has nothing to lose at this point. Criminals talk all the time behind prison walls to any media member who'll listen. I will say this if ESPN does get an exclusive with him for the 30 for 30 they are planning, that could be the highest rated network cable show in history.

I beleive the florida thing, the guy lived, all his other murders were in connecticut and massachusetts. I dont think its possible for him to get the death penalty any way it swings.

It's better that he does life without parole anyways. Make him suffer. Death is the easy way out for him.

Aaaand... not guilty on both murder charges.

EDIT: Only guilty on unauthorized possession of firearm, or what have you. 4-5 years prison sentence.
