Re: 2014 NFL Draft Discussion Thread

    Some people are worried about:
    1) His size (some think he might not be much over 200 lbs, which is entering Pat White territory, so therefore his durability)

    2) He doesn't have a part of his game that absolutely wows you. He doesn't have a cannon for an arm, his athleticism is decent but not Newtonian/Kaepernickian/RG3ish...

Carolina Panthers - NC State Wolfpack - Charlotte Hornets - Brisbane Roar FC - VfB Stuttgart

Give me Matthews(2nd 1st round selection) on the field with Gordon, Cameron and either Bridgewater, Manziel, Bortles or even Carr and I think we make something happen.

I am not opposed to taking Watkins with that fourth pick, and grabbing Carr with the second first rounder either.

That'd be great for the browns, but I'd be surprised if he makes it out if the top 10

Patriots NEED to get Jason Amaro or Eric Ebron. Preferably, we could trade Vereen for a draft pick and get Ebron but either one would do.

Amaro is a beast! If NE gets him their offense will be just as scary as, if not more than, before Hernandez was arrested.

Hoping that the Broncos address needs on defense; linebacker, defensive backs and a pass rusher.

I think they'll look to draft a receiver to replace Decker since he's more than likely to hit the market.

Agreed. And if we have Gronk and Amaro playing at the same time, then the rest of the AFC can cancel Christmas.

In addition to the Larry Fitz rumors, we'll have one scary offense next year!

Man, it's too bad Fitz re-signed with Arizona then, huh?

Wow, didn't even see that. Must've been more preoccupied with baseball I guess. That sucks, but we still got the draft.

I like Sammy Watkins alot, and could see the Pats looking into trading up to get him. Only problem is that we would have to give alot to get him. But even with that, I think if we even trade up, it will be for Ebron or Amaro (If we think he won't last to #29, which he probably won't). Either way, we will have a star TE in Gronk, and a star QB.

Antonio Andrews. If he gets a chance in the right system he can make something happen.

Terrance West all day! Perfect combination of power and agility.

I've heard tell the Ravens may be looking for a more powerful back to add to the lineup, and West would fit the bill; I could see this being a realistic possibility, him being a Baltimore kid and all.

Solid possession guy who can go up and make a catch. Good route runner. Won't wow you with speed or anything, but very reliable.
