Re: Super Bowl 50: Denver Broncos vs. Carolina Panthers Game Discussion Thread
Always amazes me how these are always okay
But the dudes who actually PLAY in these games and actually have to get their asses kicked and eat a tough loss are supposed to not feel that same way, meanwhile we want them to fee that same way cause then we know they care and all
Shame on you Cam

Re: Super Bowl 50: Denver Broncos vs. Carolina Panthers Game Discussion Thread
So because Cam is paid by the game that's supposed to make him immune to basic human emotion?
I love Cam, I think it's awesome how he plays like a 10 year old out there having fun. Nobody can be surprised when he acts like a 10 year old when they lose, especially when it's his first Super Bowl, he's the MVP and all the pressure is on him and he loses like this. There were a lot of 3 and outs in the game but he'll be thinking that the only drives that mattered were the fumbles and the pick. I'm sure people can kick him as much as he wants but I guarantee nobody is more sick of Cam Newton than Cam Newton himself right now.
But to act like he should be composed right now is crazy. Maybe I'd he goes to a few more Super Bowls he'll be able to show a more mature side but for now, people need to give him a break. Not many guys have this level of expectation on them for such a massive game. Brady for Super Bowl XLII maybe but he'd already been there 3 times so managing that pressure was probably easier.

Re: Super Bowl 50: Denver Broncos vs. Carolina Panthers Game Discussion Thread
The hell does money have to do with human emotion? The point that I see flew over your head is that losing sucks ***, particularly when you know you're better than the way you played in a big loss. These people in these photos aren't even highly trained, hyper competitive super athletes who's lives have been dedicated to winning this one game and look at their faces having to eat that L. So it's ridiculous that we have to go through this nonsensical drivel about a player's facial expressions and body language during a press conference immediately after these losses. That's like sticking a mic in front of one of those people's faces and asking them dumb asses questions about how they feel at that moment and then calling them pieces of ****, etc. because that's the facial expressions and body language they have while you're doing it.

Re: Super Bowl 50: Denver Broncos vs. Carolina Panthers Game Discussion Thread
So...can we talk about the game?
It was 13-7 Broncos, 11:03 in the 3rd, 2nd and 11 at the Denver 26.
Von Miller is on Cotchery and Cam throws a beautiful pass that Cotchery simply drops. If Cotchery catches that 24-yd pass, it's likely (yes, I'll assume) Carolina gets a TD and makes it 14-13 Carolina. It cannot be undersold how huge of a drop that was. 2 plays later Gano hits the upright.
Carolina at that point in the game already had 17 more offensive plays than Denver and Carolina's a much better team with a lead. Surely, as the game proved to the end, Denver's offense wasn't really doing much.
It makes me wonder how much different the 2nd half would've unfolded.Last edited by Speedy; 02-08-2016, 10:45 PM.Originally posted by Gibson88Anyone who asked for an ETA is not being Master of their Domain.
It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.Comment
