I can see why he beat out Sanchez.

He's looking a lot like Chad Pennington to me. He's super accurate, quick release, puts the ball in small windows.

I have no reason to trust his arm longer than 20+ yards though. That underthrow in the face of pressure worries me.

Well, that was quite the perfect play call.

He got hit as he made that throw and he isn't the biggest QB in the world. Let's see if there's more situations like that before we make any concrete decisions that way.

CJ reminds me so much of TD it's not even funny.

I "might" actually root for the Broncos again.

Thats a really good comparison. Chad was a beast until his shoulder went.

D.Thomas with some good blocking on our rookie CB too.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

At the very least he's more of the QB that Kubiak favors. The offense looks more like a blend of what he had in Houston and the principles that lifted those early '90s Cowboys teams.

I'm just saying it worries me, and like you said he isn't the biggest.

The Broncos don't have the greatest pass blocking line in the world and a lot of the throws this kid is making is only because he has one of the quickest releases I've seen in a while.

Any other QB and they'd have been faceplanted in the dirt at least 6 seperate times.

How was that unnecessary roughness? Harris hadn't been touched.

How in the world is that a penalty on Andrew Norwell? Harris hadn't been touched down yet.

Did Collinsworth butcher my man's name or is that how it's pronounced?

                              In reference to Kawann Short
