Re: 2015 "Who Should I Start" Thread
I'd go with ATL. SF has been LOL even before the QB switch, and will be starting new RBs too. That team is a mess, and ATL's D has been very opportunistic this year.
Nothing wrong with DEN, of course, but I like ATL better this week.Comment

Re: 2015 "Who Should I Start" Thread
I think I'd go Matthews. Watkins still seems to be a bit dinged but I'd definitely keep an eye on the news around him. If Watkins is healthy (and not JUST healthy enough to play but actually good) I'd probably pick him.
Both Hurns and Adams are going against some tough pass defenses. If you really want to go with a WR instead of TE though, I'd go with Hurns. Adams has literally done nothing to earn a nod over anyone else... especially in a tough match up. I wouldn't even be mad if he goes off on the bench bc he's disappointed so many weeks already.Comment

My running back situation in this league is pretty dire.
Matt Jones or Pierre Thomas?
I've been going back and forth on who I want (relatively speaking) to start.Comment

Brandon Bolden going to get more carries, LOL. With Belichick I wouldn't be surprised to see them FA Bum #1 and have take the heavy workload and become our feature back.Comment

Yep, I did the same thing with Blount AND Alfred Morris. Which is why after LeVeon Bell went down, my backfield was screwed.Comment

With that said, gonna be hard to find someone you can plug in your lineup right away but there are a few backs I think are worth looking at. Since this is the WSIS thread I'll post them in the Waiver thread.
I disagree, Blount is actually exactly what we should've expected. Lewis has played the Vereen role with maybe a slight tick up on carries... maybe. He's just done it VERY well. But I don't think there hasn't been a game that seemed like it'd be a heavy dose of running that hasn't gone to Blount. The Jets game, they didn't run the ball at all... with anyone. Besides that game, he's had over 70yards in every game... at least 13 carries in every game as well. Tack on 5 TDs and he's a steal in rounds 7-9 (and that's even with a healthy Lewis having a career year next to him).Comment

Re: 2015 "Who Should I Start" Thread
Plus, Cooley (great on the radio btw) is pretty sure there is no pattern to their usage. Specifically, you're on the sideline and have no idea when you'll be asked to go back in... or you're in and have no idea how many plays you're in for. That stuff matters, especially to bruising type backs. Morris was famous for being better in the 4th qtr after a number of tiring carries.
They should have three solid RBs and instead they have a horrible backfield situation.Comment

Re: 2015 "Who Should I Start" Thread
It's just dirty what the Skins are doing to Morris. I get it, Jones is very talented... but so is Morris. This year, it should've been his team with a sprinkle of Jones, and Thompson handling the passing downs. Instead they rotate the two big backs, and neither can catch so when they're behind (often) Thompson sees the bulk of the touches anyway.
