Buffalo's defense actually hasn't been all that good against the run; they've just played against teams that literally don't attempt to run. Before this last week against the Giants, they were in the bottom 10 in terms of YPC allowed.

I don't think I'd be coming in here and posting my Fan Duel lineup. Probably doesn't matter much here, but you're kinda tipping your hand there.

I'd roll with James Jones and Brandon Marshall. Tough matchup for Benjamin, and I'd say he's the least consistent performer of the three.

If you don't mind, let me justify that for a moment. You're talking about maximizing points, right? Well, unless the Chiefs plan on scoring 50 points, I expect the only way out of a multi-TD performance for both guys is to be on different teams. It's just not realistic to hope for a 15+ point performance for two players on the same side of the ball. However, I think it's more realistic to consider for a WR/RB combo than a WR/WR combo. It's almost the same bet against playing a QB/RB on the same team, unless of course it's the Seahawks when Wilson not only runs the ball a lot himself but will also pass to Lynch on screen plays all of the time.

            I appreciate your input though!
lol, it's all good. I actually agree with the WR/WR thought. Otherwise I usually don't really care. TDs are the only way to get points in real life, but in fantasy you can get points with yards and catches as well, so you can easily have a QB throw 20 passes for a low yardage and 2 or 3 tds, while they pound the running back and have both perform well. With WR/RB, it's even easier as a long pass or two and/or a td can make a WR's day.

But with that said, you will of course naturally assess the match up for each player, and I think the change at RB could make it harder for Maclin... while West will get opportunities no matter what. Since his style is similar to Charles, I think he'll do just fine.

I hate having two from the same team but if you do have two, might as well be Green and Eifert.

Anyone think I should try and swap one of them out?

I don't think it's a huge deal, but considering how pricey Green is, I'd at least see if there's someone around there I also like that may save a few bucks... but only if you think it could help you with replacing another player. If you're happy with everything else, then just roll with it.

If you expect GB to score a lot, that means more Woodhead on the field than Gordon.

At the same time, if you expect Buffalo to stop the run, that should mean more Benard in to pass protect and be a safety valve in the pass game.

One of my leagues I have the Falcons DST. I have a bad feeling about them this week plus they struggled against a crap team until the OT DTD, however they have a great upcoming schedule so I dont want to drop them. Should I roll with them this week or pickup the Panthers vs SEA (great D with questionable matchup) or Bengals vs BUF with EJ Manuel (questionable D with great matchup)?

                Jonathan Stewart @ Seattle
                Duke Johnson vs. Denver
                Isaiah Crowell vs. Denver
                Knile Davis @ Vikings

I think this is pretty much between Stewart and Duke; leaning towards Duke.

                Flex options:
                Any of those RBs
Sammy Watkins vs. Cinci (he's expected to play 40-50 snaps this week)
                Martavis Bryant vs. Arizona
                Mike Wallace vs. Kansas City

I'm torn on this one. Originally, I thought this could be a good week for Sammy, but his snap count probably takes him out of the picture. Wallace has a nice matchup against KC, and I think Bryant could be a sneaky good play simply because he's big enough that he can make catches even if Vick isn't accurate, and Arizona will be more focused on stopping Brown and Bell. And whichever RB is available between Duke and Stewart could be a decent flex play this week as well.

The last option would be Julius Thomas, but I'm probably cutting him to pick up a kicker since I already have Gary Barnridge in at TE.
Those are tough. I think if you're keeping Wallace on your team, this is the week to play him, so that'd be my pick.

As for the RB I think it's Duke too but that's a really tough choice. You could try Stewart coming off a bye since going against a tough D isn't really an issue when the other option is going up against a tough D too.

I like both the D's on waivers but the Falcons have been putting in work... if you already have them, I might just ride with them.

For what it's worth, I like Cincy this week more than Carolina.

Well got another hard to choose position on my team. Lol. As my W/R/T I can use:

                    Allen Hurns Jax (vs Houston)
Melvin Gordon (@ GB) or Gio Bernard (@ Buf) (Leaning towards starting Bernard as my HB position)
                    Marvin Jones (@ Buf)
                    Eric Decker (vs Wash)

Then I also have Charles Clay (vs Cin) and Julius Thomas (vs Houston) to play there as well depending on who I decide to start at TE.

Sorry, CC. I didn't expect the Falcons offense to make life so tough on their D last night. I don't know how many points they got but hopefully it wasn't too bad for you.

At least these are all good options. First, there's no reason to play Julius Thomas this week, so scratch him. Considering your options I'd scratch Gordon too (got a feeling this will be more of a Woodhead game, unless Gordon breaks a big run which you can't count on).

Bernard should be a good start so I'd lock him into one of the spots.

The rest are really tough. I know Decker was nicked, I'd check his health. If he's good then I think he'd be my first choice, with Hurns being a close second. I prefer both over Jones bc Cincy has 3 or 4 options (not including Gio) that could be the focus of their passing attack. It could be Jones that lights up, but easily could be Jones with 3 targets. Both Hurns and Decker are, at worse, the 2nd option in the passing game.

Got a couple of my own, if anyone shows up in here before the games start...

PPR league: Olsen vs SEA or Gates vs GB

Distance TD league (so looking for most likely to score), pick 2: Green vs BUF, Eifert vs BUF, Gates vs GB, J Matthews vs NYG

Leaning toward Eifert and Gates in the 2nd league, but it's hard to sit Green and Matthews will be a huge target against a terrible Giants secondary.

Real tough choices in this one.

I'd probably go Olsen with the first. Wouldn't expect a repeat performance from Gates, plus they've got Green, Allen, Woodhead, and a million other receiving options. Seattle's defense is coming back to Earth after the last two seasons, Chancellor got abused by Eifert last week, and Olsen is the best receiving option they have.

Second one is a killer. You could go with any combination of two and be justified. That's one where you just go with your gut.

Edit: I will say that if you're going off of talent and potential alone, I'd say it's Green and Eifert. But we both know what the problem with that is.
