I topped my ESPN 10-team league with a round to spare!

But now facing a decision for my FLEX option in the Semi Final:

Matt Forte @MIN
Ted Ginn @NYG

Forte would be the safe option, but who knows if Ginn will get big points again.

This past fantasy week was a killer. Knocked me out of two playoff races, with so many of my top players doing jack.

Props to those of you that survived it.

I'm still alive in only one of my leagues, and that's because I got a first round bye.

I had 140+ in a ESPN Standard league, and a lot of people I know did really well. I guess I've been lucky enough to avoid in-game injuries.

Need a FLEX:

Tyler Lockette, SEA vs CLE
Kamar Aiken, BAL vs KC

I actually like all of these guys. If it's a PPR I'd probably go Aiken, White, Lockette... standard league I'd go Lockette, White, Aiken.

But they are so close and all have good upside this week.

I picked up Denard Robinson off of the Wavier Wire so I guess my questions now are

Lastly, am I crazy for considering Stafford (@ NO) over Rodgers (@ OAK)?

Definitely start Robinson. I could go either way with the WRs. I think I like Hurns better but if you don't want to put that much faith in the JAX offense, go with Crabtree.

Not crazy to consider Stafford but I'd still start Rodgers. Oakland secondary isn't that good.

Too bad you didn't start Evans, but I probably wouldn't have either with your options.

If your league is a PPR I'd go with Landry over Lockette. Otherwise I agree with what you have there.

I don't think you need a "high risk/high reward" play with the rest of your lineup being what it is. So I'd go safe with Forte.

You've got great options so that's good. I think you've got the right players in there now. Cobb and Hurns both have great match ups as well, and either could go off. But they haven't been consistent either so, splitting hairs, but you can afford to.

2015 "Who Should I Start" Thread





Top is my starters (Jets D and C. Catanzaro not pictured), bottom is the bench.

Don't quite know what to do different - unless Alshon doesn't play. The RB Dilemma is the hardest part.

And yes, I'm carrying two Defenses at the moment. Someone dropped the Chiefs this week to pick up STL (ha) and if I make the finals a KC/CLE matchup is hard to pass up. NYJ VsDAL and KC Vs BAL is a toss up for me though.

Went with Charcandrick over Hightower when I saw that Ware was out. Everything else was the same. In Chiefs D I trust.

Cheers, even though Ginn outscored Forte by about 4 points, it didn't make a difference as I've already won my Semi Final even with Megatron still to play today!

However for the Final next weekend, I'm thinking of dropping Lamar Miller (only 3 points combined the last 2 weeks) and throwing in Ted Ginn.

Bit torn because I am a Dolphins fan but he has been poor recently.

Welp, Beckham is suspended for my fantasy championship. I'm assuming the suspension will be upheld, and my receiving corps is thin, so that just made my run at the 3-peat that much more difficult.

Going to have to plug Jordan Matthews in for OBJ, and hope Sammy Watkins continues to produce the way he has.

The big decision lies in which RB I flex.

Giovanni Bernard vs Denver
or
Buck Allen vs Pitt

The matchup may seem obvious, but Allen is in the doghouse for fumbling the past two games and the Steelers run D is pretty good.

Hopefully Cam can carry me to glory.

Hightower and Williams are actually both available, so I could definitely go that route. I'm guaranteed at least $230+ with second place, so the $5 waiver fee isn't bad for some extra security towards first.
