Broncos winning trumps all, I don't care who is starting at all as long as it brings a win

      I agree.

To me, rhythm is a two way street.

It's easy to say a WR should be ready but it's not the same for a QB??

      I don't get that argument.

I'm not arguing that at all. Do I really have to make a case for why Tebow doesn't throw it that much? Are we just going to ignore what we know just for the sake of an argument?

Come on now, don't put words in my mouth, guys.

We all know Tebow has accuracy issues, but to say his receivers struggle to catch balls because they are out of rhythm is just letting them off the hook. My point was you could easily say Tebow can't be as accurate because he isn't throwing as often, which would be bogus. These guys get paid to catch/throw the football...if a guy is open, you have to hit him. If the ball hits your hands, you have to catch it.

I have not been impressed with Denver's receivers even when Orton was in there...they dropped plenty of balls even with him at QB. Decker has potential and I like what I see, but even he and Royal aren't legit #1 NFL receivers and would most likely be a #3 on a good team.

Agreed. Geez I didn't know winning would bring so much controversy.

Here I'll help something we can all agree on. Let's go Vikings and Bears.

You would seriously rather see Quinn or Weber in there than Tebow?

Heck yeah. I don't believe the option offense can last. I'd rather see what Weber can do and allow our offense to grow in a manner that can be sustained. Or, give Quinn his chance.

I am curious, and I don't ask this in a snarky/condescending way, but do you believe that Orton/Quinn/Weber would have led a 95 yard TD drive the other night at the end of the game? I just don't have any confidence that Orton can ever do anything when it really matters. I know it wasn't all Tebow on that last drive (Royal's great play to even get the drive started, for example), but Tebow made so many plays with his feet that I don't think any of those other 3 guys could make.

I know the question wasn't for me but I'll say no they would not have. Tebows mobility made that drive possible.

That's assuming that Quinn or Weber would've led an inept offense for the entirety of the game. I want to see what Weber can do, because I'm convinced that the option offense cannot work, and that Tebow is not a long-term solution because of that. He will never be more than what he is right now. And again, I'm not bringing up Orton, you guys are.

EVERY play matters, in the NFL. I've been over this once already. This offense cannot be sustained. If Tebow were capable as a passer, that last drive wouldn't have even been necessary. I'm more curious to see Adam Weber, because I saw him multiple times during camp, the Mile High scrimmage, etc. I came away impressed with his arm strength and accuracy.

I'm thinking about the longevity of the Denver Broncos, not a couple wins now. In my opinion, we won't win the division, and the Jets game showed why.

                              Orton's been cut.

                                I just saw that, wow.

Bears are probably going to sign him any moment now.
