personally, I like out wr corp and outside of V. Jackson and Gates, would take any of them over Sandy Eggo's. Royal is poised for a break out season in the Welker role in this offense, Gaffney isnt a gamebreaker but he's a solid #2. the only thing missing is a #1 and D. Thomas, over time, should fill the role DBag Marshall left behind. I'm just hoping he doesnt take as long to develop as your boy Jackson did

Don't know if you guys saw this but I thought it was awesome:

Received an e-mail this morning from former Broncos safety Josh Barrett -- actually Barrett dictated the message to his father, who sent it along -- but just wanted to pass it along:

Received an e-mail this morning from former Broncos safety Josh Barrett — actually Barrett dictated the message to his father, who sent it along — but just wanted to pass it along:

I would like to say THANK YOU to: The Denver Broncos; all my teammates past & present; Coach Shanahan; Coach McDaniels; all the coaches; administration; the Bowlen family; the GREAT FANS/Bronco Nation; and all the folks in the greater Rocky Mountain Area for drafting me; all the unforgettable experiences that came with it; and all the love shown to myself and my family.

The experience in the community — the Boys & Girls Club, the Community Ambassador Program and all the things, too many to mention — is why it’s special to be a “Bronco.” I will take the things I learned here and share with my new community, but I will always have a soft spot in my heart for this organization and this area. I leave here with the same excitement that I came here with, and I hope my play showed the same intensity. So, I say to all of you THANK YOU. And if you hear my name called on Sundays it’s OK to smile.

          Love it, Love it!

So apparently the Broncos signed Orton to an extension today.

            Can't find the terms yet.

Surprising news to me (but not upset).

1 year, $9 million with $5.5 million guaranteed. No complaints at all considering he's done well in his 2nd camp.

Tebow bruised his ribs from that TD run vs Cincy apparently.

Decker might play Saturday, still waiting for Thomas (I think?) to get back into practice. Thomas needs to get into games ASAP to run the routes in a game time situation

Thomas' foot seems to be an issue still, missed practice again. Luckily the Broncos are fairly deep in receivers so he doesn't need to rush back. At some point it'd be nice if he's 100% healthy and stays healthy but I have my doubts and they're growing.

So Thomas may or may not need surgery again. Rumor is that one of the screws in his foot has come loose so they'll need to go in and set it back up. Where's a long sigh face when you need one

Looks like Syd'Quan Thompson and Perrish Cox can give the secondary some hope for the future.

And how about that Mays guy from the trade? He's been playing his *** off

How is Brady Quinn still on an NFL roster? I think I could do as well as he does out there.

Tebow looked okay tonight...he still struggles with the under center exchange and he got lucky a few times. The pick doesn't bother me as QB's, especially young ones, are going to do that. All in all, I think he's the 2nd best QB on the Denver roster. Not sure that's a good thing though.

Its an improvement over Quinn and Simms, so they're ahead of the game already with the backup.

Tebow's motion is still waaaaay too slow but you can see he's getting better. The Broncos are in trouble if he needs to be a starter this year anyway so he's got time and the right attitude.

Fargas cut. Clarett practicing with his new team for the UFL, hopefully he works out well

Alphonso Smith is apparently on the outside looking in, what a waste of a 14th overall pick.

Yea, he very well could be cut.

His last hope is to try out for safety, ironically the position Seattle drafted with the pick McDaniels gave up for the non-existent turnover machine.

I'm interested in what McDaniels ends up doing with Quinn. Tebow and him on are on the same level, I dont think both need to be there to make it 3 spots for QBs on gameday. They need depth at running back despite Moreno and Buckhalter coming back, another backup is needed for gamedays (imo) just in case something whacky happens.
