Did you start a new Franchise Dynasty after the patch ? I played some games with old existing Franchise Dynasty which I started before the patch was released and had no problems with this freezing so far.

I did... Maybe I will try the other one...

I went with the Franchise I was playing before the patch, same issue, it froze when I was up 4-1 after I scored the 4th goal...

Maybe try your Franchise with the same Roster from which you started it ? Not the newest as active. You play which console ? I have PS4

PS4... I mean, playing the original franchise I started was the original roster, not the newest... I made a lot of edits to get the NHL and AHL pretty current, that Franchise froze also...

Downloaded and use the tuner update....still seeing issues that I didn't see at all prior. Just had a play where the CPU injured one of my players and was about to get a penalty. Game just got stuck with time stopped but the puck and players still moved around the ice. Couldn't actually pick up the puck and time was frozen anyway. Only could exit out of the game.

This stinks, prior to patch was really enjoying the game.

Thats not good did they not test the patch before putting it out i mean seriously

It happened literally in my first game in the first period after applying the tuner....didn't take much for me to find it, guessing they don't test much sadly

Eichel is washed up... He will NEVER play again at the level he was expected to play at Buffalo... In two years, EA will be rating him a 70 like they do for those players that are still under contract yet retired due to an injury (like Seabrook, Kesler, Shaw and Ferland to name a few)... He has played one FULL season and that was his first... He is fragile, and now with a neck injury, you may as well call him SHATTERED!!!

The guys scored 18 points in 21 games last year, basically a point per game with a bulging disk in his neck. If that’s washed up, I will take a washed up jack eichel any day of the week. I find it hard to believe you actually watch hockey

The guys scored 18 points in 21 games last year, basically a point per game with a bulging disk in his neck. If that’s washed up, I will take a washed up jack eichel any day of the week. I find it hard to believe you actually watch hockey

2 goals in 21 games a 3.3% shooting percentage, and this from an ELITE center??? Give me a break!!!... Yeah, he is a star center!!! LOL oh and he is a -69 or something in his career... Boy, he should win the Selke every year!!! LMAO!!! I am surprised you do really... Ironically, I have a great friend who is a head coach in the NHL of a West Coast team in SoCal... Eichel is a cancer!! has been since he has played... People say Laine doesn't play defense actually probably has never seen Eichel play, worst defensive forward in the NHL... But you are out in SoCal yourself, probably have never seen ice in your life, nor played on it...

Well 2nd game after tuner fix and the 2nd game with lockup that never saw before patch. Score late goal in overtime and the game freezes again as the player celebrates.

Game not playable now with the frequent chances of freeze, wish they had a way for us to remove patches

Anyone notice the gameplay has gotten worse since the patch i played a games against the kraken didnt like it thought it was better before the patch altho i was playing on pro i might go to superstar tomm see if its any better

I see it the other way around. I don't know exactly what EA has changed, but it certainly feels better to me. Somehow the gameplay feels more fluid, more direct, more comprehensible. In any case, the difficulty level PRO has become easier since the patch. On the other hand, the SUPERSTAR difficulty has become even harder. After the patch I had to adjust the sliders for my goalkeeper because almost every second shot of the AI led to a goal.
