And baseball.....it's horrendous.

Don't watch baseball except for some highlights now and then. However, for day games aren't there hardly any fans there anyways? Seems like whenever you see a homerun during a day game, there's maybe 20 fans in that vicinity.

Depends on who's playing and if it's a school game.


Soccer is hard to replicate the crowd chanting since they do it more than all other sports. Football I would've expected it to be easy since you don't hear a football crowd on TV the way you hear crowds in basketball or hockey. Although football crowds seem to impact plays more than other sports since players might not be able to hear themselves calling a play.

It's the Leafs and it's a 3 goal lead in a playoff game, anything can happen.....

But up by 2 going into the 3rd, Leafs need to finish it off. If Jackets come back to win, every last bit of momentum will be in the Jackets favour for gm4.

Leafs winning this one, and now Jackets have to make decision on goalie for tomorrow as both guys played today, and Korpisalo would be 24 hours removed from a half game where he let up 3 goals.

Flyers could be the team the winner of this series plays. I hope Leafs can win even more now. Raptors exorcised their Philly demons last year thanks to "The Bounce", Leafs need to do the same after what Philly has done to them in the playoffs.

Forget the media, fans will for sure.

If not even this team can win a single round of anything, I think fans will hit their breaking point. Everyone should be held accountable on the team, I don't care if it's a $1M guy or an $11m guy.

Can't blame Babcock, can't blame Kadri, can't blame Boston, they just sucked and deserve whatever happens to them.

Should have let columbus sign marner last summer. Can't pay 4 guys half the salary cap and expect to make any noise when it counts.

Toronto took a big chance expecting the cap to rise. Now with the covid situation they got really screwed.


I think their big mistake was signing Tavares to that big contract in the first place. They had an insanely talented young core to build around for years. Giving him that much triggered the others to demand too much money.


To be honest Tavares isn't even a proven winner. Look at Islanders result with him and how much they actually improved after he left.



I still think they are making a mistake if this will make Toronto split the young core. They'd probably trade Nylander (which is the only one with a reasonable contract) for a player that has had one great season -and make him overpaid - and then he never reaches that level again - a la Jason Blake. Nylander on the other end would probably end up the best player on the other team for years.


Only time will tell what happens. Washington took many years to win it - and Columbus is a team built for playoffs. And they are still not out of it.

Happy the Flyers are locked in to a 1 or 2 seed. It’s cool to be able to win & get top spot (if no OT, I think). Knocking off the last two Cup finalists from the East in the process has cemented our seat at the table of the big boys.

Looking like Canadiens, Islanders, or Blue Jackets will be a likely opponent. Honestly, we’ve looked good and I’ll take us against anybody going forward. Hart & Elliot are a rock in net whoever is going.
