Did you buy it at a retailer? If so which one? I was going to Target tomorrow to see if they jump the gun on the street date again this year.

I'd like to know how challenging you find the tour mode play to be. Also, have you tried the Presentation cam in Tour Pro mode? I'd like to know if the camera angles used are useful, especially on long putts.

Oh, I checked my Target tonight after reading your post. They didn't have it, but the clerk told me to check tomorrow.

i just demo'd it.
haven't played a tiger proper since 04.
just demo'd them.
but now that i have a ps3 for good, its time to jump back in the woods.

Anxious to hear what your opinions are...My only real question is how much is the game slanting toward "arcade" vs "sim" golf? Really subjective question, I know, but I think just overall feel and your general opinions of the game will be useful.

If you get a chance, hop online with it and see if there's anyone else out there with copies looking for some action.

it took me all of the time before i needed to go to bed, making my character with gameface.

but i did go online.

there are a total of 16 people registered.
most were QA, testers or EA people, judging by the psn names.

i didn't get to do much tonight. but i saw enough of the menus to say they are classier than ever.

i also like the daily tournament online.
i don't know if that was in older versions, but its neat to be able to hop online and play a random tourney everyday.

I am going to get back to the game on friday at noon.

I will do my best to play enough to get a sim vs/ arcade overview.

They had a "Daily" tournament everyday last year, but it was only a Tour mode event on Thursdays, and every other Saturday. I was hoping that they were going to at least have a Tour and Default mode event every day this year. Can you check to see if that's the case?

I take it you haven't tried the Photo Face, where you can paste your digitized face on your created character? I'm hoping that we can still use our uploaded image shots from last year for this.

yes, sorry i meant to say photo face.
i would aume u can use an old face, so long as its there on ur sports world page.

i'll check the daily tourney thing at noon eastern.
from what i saw tho, it shows a different tourney for each day on the calender

I bet it was Default mode only, right? I take it that it was the only tournament available today?
