It's like, HEY EVERYONE I GOT THE GAME!! GOT IT 3 DAYS BEFORE THE OFFICIAL RELEASE!!

But when people ask questions about it, he responds "Oh I haven't played it..."

I don't know if I would go that far buddy. Sorry you don't understand my point, I value his opinion and was wanting to know what he thought about the game before I spent my 60 bucks. Your right though I did have high expectations, I don't now you sure showed me

I totally understand your impatience because I would feel the same way but my Religion, Wife, Kids, Job comes before any Video Game. My coming on here mainly was to give a heads up that the game is available to help other Oser's grab a copy early which I have been doing the past 2-3 years. I can't really compare it to last years because I only played it a couple of days because I did not like 08. Again if my not posting impressions offends you I am sorry. The title of this thread says nothing about impressions. The title says "I have my copy of TW09" I rather tip fellow Oser's off to where they can score a copy early than give my personal impressions because giving impressions are not my strong suit. Look at my post history which is well over 1700 post and the majority of them are asking questions and giving a heads up as to where a game can be found early. Peace!!!!!

I agree and it's really sad to see... this thread is titled "I have my copy of TW09", all I expected to see in it was news of where the poster got it and how. Anything beyond that has to be considered a bonus. I think there's been a lot of information contained within it that has been very valuable.

Maybe on release day, someone with a set of huge ones will start an official "Tiger Woods 2009 Impressions" thread, where a tighter focus on topic will be more expected...

actually am mildly impressed so far..i did not like the demo but the full game seems smoother with suttle (prob spelled it wrong) graphic improvements. Am playing tour mode default to build my guy and it seems a bit more difficult. Have not really paid much attention to the hainey thing..not sure if i ever will. So far so good!

I'm very happy with TW 08 for the PC. It's pretty much everything the console version isn't -- and by that I mean "developed for adult gamers, not kids". If the console version starts moving in that direction, I might give it another look. Last TW console game I bought was 06 for the 360.

In Hard and TOUR Pro difficulty you get the option of using the Presentation Cam which is MUCH improved over Ball Cam which is default.

I am in the same boat as you with the PC version. However, I have invested about 9 hours into 09 playing TOUR Pro exclusively and you might consider renting 09 because in TOUR Pro with the Club Tuner, there is a helluva lot of challenge gameplay-wise.

1. That is my understanding.

2. I find Ball Cam to be a better cam on the green (for AI golfers)because Presentation Cam in many angles does not give you any indication of slope. I am finding the Presentation Cam to be just fine for your own Golfer so far....

Funny my "kid" 14 plays the same game you do on his PC. He has won four tournaments and says it's to easy, LOL. I will be playing TW 09 on a PS3 cause I am a kid at heart and don't want the stress that the pressure of playing a high power PC game might add to the experience. Enjoy.
