I think this is the basic issue, Divot -- and we have talked about this before. (Years ago, actually)

You sound perfectly ok with this form of game design. I think it's tedious nonsense.

You assume wrong Bill. I want the FULL PGA TOUR experience with Q-School, etc. I just make the best of what is offered and hope one day EA listens to my repeated requests to deliver the FULL experience of "being inside the ropes of the PGA TOUR"...

If TW doesn't deliver that when other similar games do, how is that excusable? The career mode in TW is inherently flawed; I agree there should be some sort of Q-School/Amateur tour to build up to the PGA, as well as having to qualify for certain events, majors, just like in real life. The fact that TW doesn't have that is a big deal, as offline career mode is a major part of the package for most gamers.
