The example IS NOT valid and I clearly explained why and won't do it again.

It is a simple feature that should be in the game. No excuses. And because it isn't, I know for sure of 5 people who don't buy the game.

One feature that would be nice is for loyal customers. If I ownwed TW2010 and built my golfer up it would be nice to be able to keep that golfer for TW2011. Not that unlike the NCAA and Madden connection with college players.

You are trying so hard to defend something that your aren't comprehending that the Fight Night example is incorrect. In Fight Night, you are still able to start your career with any pro you wish (unlike Tiger), but you don't have the attributes (like Tiger). However, you are fighting similar based attribute fighters while you build up (unlike Tiger).

When you play Tiger, you start your career with a non pro (unlike Fight Night) and you are at an attribute disadvantage to the rest of the field (unlike Fight Night).

So really, they don't have much in common and it is a poor example. I understand your last name is Arts...and that is fine and your loyalty is admirable, but I can't make this particular point any clearer...

I am not defending anything other than the fact that there are ways around the issue you describe. Your last personal comment was completely unnecessary. Yep, it would be nice to play a tour with a pro, but you can't. You couldn't last year. You couldn't the year before that. My guess, you won't be able to next year.

It's a $60 video game. Even though I would enjoy and play a mode where I use a pro for the tour, I am still finding dozens (and maybe hundreds) of hours of entertainment. It's a fun game that lacks a few things I wish it had.

I love Bingo, Bango, Bongo. It may be a dumb game, but it's fun for me. It really bums me out that I cannot play this mode online. I think it would be one of the more fun online modes. But again, TW has featured this mode offline, but not online for several years.

But that still doesn't change that I am getting dozens of hours of enjoyment out of the game. I can sit around and whine in a forum about what it lacks, or enjoy what it does.

I don't think you are wrong. I just think you are silly for getting this worked up over it.
