I joined the Tourney last night on the XSN web site. One last question, do I simply choose the XSN option after choosing the multiplayer option in the game menu?? Also, by doing so, will all of the round rules and courses load up automatically ?? Hope that makes sense !!!!!

When you go into the XSN portion, you'll need to type in the name of the Tourney, and the password. Then the tourney will be in your list. You can select it each round, and you'll need to provide the settings code. This is on the XSN site, and will set the course, pins, etc.

..... of course that is all once squid actually activates the tournament ....

            Oooops, there is another question..............

In the few weeks since I've owned Links, my system has locked up on me a few times (2-3) while playing the game to the point where it is unrecoverable.

Any clue what may happen if this occurs while playing a round in the tourney?? Am I basically screwed or will it let me restart??

DON'T WORRY I'M NOT A CHEESER, DISCONNECTOR OR THAT TYPE OF LOW LIFE FORM THAT WILL DO THAT IF MY ROUND IS SUCKING MAJOR WANG

            Thanks again

Unfortunately .... you're screwed. You can restart, but that fist incomplete is the only one to count. It's unforgiving, but prevents people from pulling the plug after every bogey, I suppose.
