I tried to land the 5x XP pin like in last years game, but I've made it to level 60 and I still haven't seen it yet. What a waste of coins lol. Don't buy em, folks.

Thanks for the putting tips guys. I am sooo close to putting everything together and am sitting at work thinking about my next round lol

One thing I was wondering though. This could just be me but I swear when I switch clubs they each perform differently regardless of the ratings.
Meaning I could use a 85 accuracy driver and be hitting it great after a while.. then switch drivers with the same accuracy but maybe more power and I spray the ball everywhere until I get it all dialed in again.
Is that just my head or is anyone else seeing that?

Oh and since I haven't been on the TW bandwagaon in a awhile I never realized Titleist wasn't in the game. I was waiting to unlock the ProV1's lol

Well I cant speak for the drivers and such, but for the putters I can tell you that visually the look of the club head affects my game. I have found I'm a better putter when my club has a more traditional head. At one point, the best putter I could get had that really weird Tron looking head and while it was like a 8 increase in accuracy, my putting took a nose dive. Now I have sets unlocked where there are always two versions of the same putter. Meaning Nike will have one thats like an 85 putting that looks normal, and another 85 one that looks like some futuristic stuff. I think for me it's because I watch my putter and not the meter when I put.

I had the same problem with one of the putters as well. It looked goofy when I was putting, the animation on it wasn't very good looked like it wasn't hitting the ball and it threw me off. Right now I am using the Odeysee 2 ball putter and don't have a problem with it.

I don't like the mallet putters or any other putter that is not a "blade". I also used putters that weren't rated as high, just so I didn't have to use a "big" putter. I only look at the putter when I'm putting, so I like a good clean look and a putter that looks like what I like in real life.

Big Hoff, are you going to put the results for every tourney put on here? Maybe in a different thread?

Hit OB on #1. Figured the round was over after that point. Battled back with 4 birdies on the back 9. Swing is still funky. Trying a few extra controllers to see if that is the issue.

-8 on the daily. I'm pleased with how the round went, except for 18. I started the hole at -9 and felt I had a good chance to get to -10. Instead, after hitting a nice drive down the middle of the fairway, I shanked my 3 Wood into the rough on the left side of the green and followed that with a poor pitch that ran past the hole, off the green and into the fringe.

That wasn't too bad, I had a nice line on a chip-in for Birdie... But I Overswung with Fast tempo and the ball landed DIRECTLY on the cup and FLUNG backwards with increased force to a horrible position, further away than it previously was, on the fringe. This shot was well below my feet, so I wasn't able to hole it and I had to settle for a Bogey.

I'm looking forward to starting the Weekly after I finish the work week tomorrow. Also, would any of you guys be interested in setting up a 4-player match with Legendary golfers? I like to complete the achievements, and this is the only one that requires some coordination.

Picked up a new controller (sad day as I have fond memories with my original controller )

So we'll see how that goes in the morning.
The buttons are pretty different as mine had lost all "feel" as far as button press as mine were all mushy feeling compared to the new one.
So hopefully it was an issue with the sticks.. if not I may be headed to the putt putt league lol
