One other thing I noticed about the Career mode in Tiger 13 is how the True-Aim camera production is different. When I'm playing any event in Career mode, the True-Aim camera switches to another camera, at landing, looking at my player, from various angles rather than a downrange camera shot of where the ball came to rest. I still prefer the True-Aim camera from a player perspective standpoint, but I would much prefer the camera cut to focus on the ball.
While I'm here I thought this might be the best place to ask this question (MAB, let me know if I'm hijacking your thread). In Tiger Woods 14, does the swing mechanic put a proportional "limit" on your putter backswing length, relative to the length of the putt? I ask because in TW 13 if you're facing a 2 foot putt, there's like a force field that keeps you from taking the putter back more than like the scale equivalent of 6 inches before it 'restricts' you from taking the putter back any further. It actually makes 2 and 3 putts very difficult because I have trouble modulating my stroke with any feel with that force working against me.
There is a workaround for it in just moving your putt target cursor to two or three times the desired putt strength. This puts more of the responsibility of the putt strength on the player, in that you've got to scale the putt stroke length and speed according to the new parameters you've set. I always wind up moving the cursor out on all length putts to something greater than needed. I just hate feeling that artificial "stopping" of my putter on any putt.
