They nerfed the fitting attribute benefits, too...now +2, +3, +4 at core, emerald, sapphire respectively. Used to be +2, +4, +6.

The fittings being nerfed is the lone good thing it seems, the boosts seemed like they could have gotten out of hand. And the price of them seemed pretty cheap in the stores so a slight bump is fine imo. But everything else is a big disappointment and makes the game much more grindy/pay-to-win. I'm glad my guy is a 93 but this is unfair for people who didn't get early access and now will have to progress slowly.

**A note about game balancing updates**

Hey friends,

We want to make you aware of some changes we made coming out of Early Access. We first want to say that we appreciate and welcome all feedback, and hearing from the players is paramount to growing together. After the release of every game, we learn a lot, and this extended Early Access period has taught us so much about how our player base engages with our new and revamped features.

In response to early player data and feedback, we’ve adjusted Quests, rewards, and progression to improve competitive integrity and balance across the board. We also want rewards and achievements to feel meaningful and earned, and we think integrating some of the lessons Early Access has taught us will help us reach that goal.

We are also adding another upcoming double XP event and a Ranked Tours Weekly Quest to diversify the opportunities to accrue rewards tomorrow.

We'll continue to be responsive and monitor player behavior with the ultimate goal of creating the most enjoyable experience we can.

I mean on one hand I do get it. I was already going up against some 99 OVR and the game isn’t even officially out yet, so they did need to do something. On the other hand, I’m not sure how this balances it out… now the main player base has to work twice as hard to catch up to the early access crowd that already have maxed out players? Unless there was a change in that regard and they lost some stats, but I doubt it

I feel like they've totally set the standard edition players waaaaay behind here by doing this...Early Access players were able to get their players into the 90s, which happened too fast, admittedly, and did need some re-balancing.

But now? It's going to take months of grinding just to get a 65-70 OVR MyPlayer even to 85...and that just one MyPlayer! Forget about being able to level up other archetypes at the same time to get access to their specific skills.

This seems like a way too aggressive overcorrection...
