My laptop is supposed to arrive tomorrow, so I may be able to race tomorrow night. If not, I should be able to this weekend.Comment

I just got my laptop going. What time will you all be on tonight? I need to download the mods, tracks, ect. again, though.
I also need to download that core.ini thing, I guess, if I can remember what that was.Comment

Re: NASCAR 2003 Season - OS Server Racing
ran 7 or so clean laps. Manny wrecks Jimmy Johnson, caution came out.
"we're going green next time by" followed by "we're not going green this time, we're not going green"
repeat until the end of the race(12 laps).
apparently that version of Infineon is bugged with the AI under yellow. the line the AI took in the last corner I guess triggered the "not going green" situation.
ugh. just checked the revamped version. same issue.
well after testing, it seems that the issue is that the AI cars are passing the pace car coming to the green, which causes the green to be waived off.Last edited by Solidice; 06-24-2010, 05:41 PM.Comment

Re: NASCAR 2003 Season - OS Server Racing
Do you guys know what tracks you all are going to use tonight? I just installed the Roiux COT spoiler mod. Also, what time will you all be on?
EDIT: Wohoo!!! I can run with maximum settings across the board and still get decent framerates!
On the other hand, I'm absolutely horrible at this game now. I need practice...
EDIT #2: Ah, I didn't have steering assist on. That's better. I was wrecking every 10 laps or so, it seemed, with 0 steering assist. Maybe I can eventually get to the point where I won't need steering assist, but I'm certainly not there yet!Last edited by superjames1992; 06-24-2010, 11:27 PM.Comment

Will you all be racing tonight? Also, what carsets/mods are you all using now? I downloaded the new COT spoiler mod, but I don't have any carsets downloaded yet. I also don't have any of the tracks yet, though I'll start downloading that.
Also, are you all still using Teamspeak? I downloaded that, but I don't have the address to put in for it.Comment

I'm leaving for Europe Saturday evening, but I don't need to get up early, so 11 PM EDT should work well for me.Comment

Sure. What mods/carsets will you all be using? Also, could you PM me that Teamspeak server you all are using? I don't have that anymore since I switched laptops. I assume you all are still using Teamspeak 2?

that TS server could be upgraded to TS 3 at some point in the future, when/if it does, I'll let you guys know.
oh, and I'm up for winning Friday night.Comment
