Also, how are people able to run with stability/traction control off? I literally spin out every damn corner with them off. As soon as I hit the gas or turn the wheel I spin.

I'll be picking this up tomorrow as well. I originally had Madden 18 pre-ordered but I was one of the winners of the OS Madden18 giveaway so will switch it over to F1 2017. Here's a video review from Inside Sim Racing. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/JvVB1Tscelk" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Got my copy today......HOLY CRAP! I thought 2016 was beautiful! This year's with HDR is just gorgeous, to the point that it actually impacts how well I can drive because I can see the tracks so much better in every way. Amazing on PS4 Pro w/4k HDR tv (Samsung KS8000 series 60"). The colors really pop!

Bob, you couldn't have prepared me for this lol.

I didn't even touch Madden tonight, not once. That should say it all.

Spent the whole night driving time trials and deciding if my career is with Haas (again) or Mclaren/Honda. I'm thinking Honda for a change and a challenge...and I own a Honda. I also love the sound of that engine more than the Haas engine.

And Hunt drove for them and there's a bit of cool there. 'Rush' was such a

Ha - Sorry Dan. If I would have gone into as much detail as I wanted to, the review would have been 4000 words, as opposed to 1300.

I got in on PC. I love having a photo mode on PC. My GTX 970 doesn't allow me to pump up the graphics all the way yet but I'm hoping to upgrade in the near future. However, this game is amazing. I played last year's game on the PS4 with a controller. Now having a wheel and pedals to use on the PC is amazing. I don't know if it is the ability to have more control with the throttle or the new cars but they stick through the corners and are really fun to drive.

Here is a screenshot I took in photo mode.

Anyone else having trouble with Career mode where like the Mercedes don't have # on their cars and all the helmets/gloves are blurry?

When I do a normal Grand Prix in the game everything is fine and clear so I know it isn't a personal graphics issue

After playing this last night I'm not sure I need to even think about getting any other racers this season. Its that good.

So, Monaco has usually always tore me a new one... but this year... man, it's even more difficult. lol

Anybody have any tips on managing your power units? At the rate I'm burning through mine, surely I'm not going to have enough equipment to get through the season. I know investing in R&D helps reduce wear on the systems/parts, but really, is the only option to add a 5th, and start at the back of the pack? I mean, if you're gonna do one of the 6, you might as well add all new ones right? I'm confused on this part of career, and there's not alot of help in the game to go on.

I have only had a chance to run some time trial. The cars are awesome to drive. Unfortunately the graphics look near identical to 2016, if not even slightly worse. I am on a standard PS4 and it sounds like a lot of PS4 users are experiencing issues with pixelation, screen tearing, among other graphical issues...

I'm on the PS4 pro with a 4K tv that does not have HDR. The game looks good but I do see some screen tearing especially on Spa.

One suggestion is as engine parts turn yellow, start using them just for practice and go to green parts for qualifying and the race.

And yes, you might as well just order up all the extra components.
