Re: Official Wii Discussion
Well I dunno about you guys but I am really starting to think Nintendo made a mistake with the Nunchuck having to be connected.
Maybe I'm just making too fast a movement, but in Wii Sports Boxing and even moreso in some of the crazy Rayman mini games (where you absolutely must go nuts with the controllers to even stand a chance), the cable that connects the Nunchuck to the Remote is flying around everywhere, whipping the remote quite hard and with some of the up and down movements required it actually whips up into my chin.
I hope they have a cordless Nunchuck with wristrap.Comment

Re: Official Wii Discussion
If you can't find any let me know. I have an extra set. My new Wii came today so once I get it hooked up after work and everything checks out I will have no use for the second set. (I had bought a second set to make sure my video problem wasnt the cables)Joshua:

Re: Official Wii Discussion
I don't think they'll come out with a Wireless Nunchuck since the Nunchuck is getting it's power from the Wiimote. Then again, maybe they can just pop a battery in the Nunchuck?Comment

Re: Official Wii Discussion
from the Wii menu, click the Wii Message board icon in the bottom right, then click the New message icon on the next screen. You should see an address book now, click on that and it will show your number. This is also where you go to add other's wii numbers.

Re: Official Wii Discussion
An unconfirmed source has revealed that Nintendo are currently working on a wireless version of their Nunchuck attachment for the Wii remote.
This comes after many complaints from gamers who feel that the dangling wire which links the two devices, simply distracts from gameplay, especially in games which require significant movement of the arms, such as Wii Boxing or Call of Duty 3.
The Wii Nunchuck gets it's name from the martial arts weapon, the ''Nunchuckas'' because of the similarities in design; a chain/wire connects two heavier objects at either end. The wireless Nunchuck attachment will possibly undergo a name-change to make sense.
There's no reason for Nintendo not to make future wireless devices for the Wiimote - a wireless reciever would plug into the remote in place of any wires linking the two. Communications between Wiimote and Console would be as normal. The downside to this is the added drain on batteries, though with Nintendo's track record with their previous wireless technologies, we're sure they will leap this hurdle.
Nintendo were unable to comment at the time of press.
Although no official announcements have been made, we will certainly be following this story closely and hope to hear from Nintendo soon regarding the matter.
Awesome news if the rumour is true!!Comment

Re: Official Wii Discussion
As I look at your avatar I cannot help but think the Wii needs a 24: The Game. Being Jack and using the Wiimote would be great.DON'T PANICComment
