Like I told you last night a few message back.........you can turn on your system, just don't play any trophy enabled games. Here is the thing, even if and when a fix comes, you will have to turn on that system to update. Unless like I have been saying, at 7PM/ET tonight the internal clock will think its 3/1/10 which may fix itself, but then there is the issue with PSN thinking its 3/2/10.

Re: Playstation Network and Discussion Part Deux
Im trying to figure out why some cant access it at all while others arent having a single problem, makes no sense to me. Well, if anyone is finally able to get onto the PSN network dont hesitate to post here as I dont think Im going to sit here with my PS3 on while waiting for them to get their act together.

This, to me, is the most interesting/disturbing thing. If that were the case you would think Sony would say "sorry for the inconvenience but rest assured that at 8pm things will be back to normal."Comment

Re: Playstation Network and Discussion Part Deux
I would take it to a local game store that is offering $250 cash. I'm gonna wait and see, but I'd really like to get back to playing though. Online is free, so I can't REALLY complain.Originally posted by J. ColeFool me one time that's shame on you. Fool me twice can't put the blame on you. Re: Playstation Network and Discussion Part Deux
anyone with an 80GB system having issues? I'm curious to see where the "line is drawn".
I have an 80GB and as of last night, everything was fine. Played games, trophies were fine, and clock was correct.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

Re: Playstation Network and Discussion Part Deux
latest update is that Sony has narrowed down the problem, but thats it. Nothing concrete being mentioned in terms of ETA on fix or what steps could be necessary to fix this on the user end.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

Re: Playstation Network and Discussion Part Deux
Damn, if they are offering that much I would take it in an instant and grab a slim. That is a very nice trade in price. Does this place know that new ones are selling for $300, granted the 60gb has BC.Comment

Re: Playstation Network and Discussion Part Deux
It's hard to figure where the line is drawn with so many configurations. You got the 20gb, 40gb, 60gb, 80gb (4 usb), 80 gb(2usb), 120gb (slim), 160gb, 250gb (slim). LOLOriginally posted by J. I wouldn't let anyone look at my 60GB for $300.00 let alone trade one in for only $250.00Joshua:

Can't believe people are trying to sell their PS3's over this. That is ridiculous. I am sure that there will be a fix. Typical impatient gamers, lol.Comment
