Re: Official PS3 Discussion Part III...
I do. No issues at all. Only thing I changed was upgrading the HD (it was a 40gb).
Still have my launch Xbox 360 as well. It's still sitting in a box since we moved last January. I'll hook it up when we buy the new TV and I move the current DLP upstairs - 360 will be on the old TV. Probably won't use the 360 much, but might as well hook it up. I don't game very much anymore and use the PS3 mainly for a Blu-Ray Player (and 3D blu-ray player when I get the 3DTV).
I have to be very lucky with game systems because I've never had an issue with any of them. I'm usually an early adopter and stick with the first system until a new model is out (ie: PS4). Saves money that way!Last edited by mjb2124; 12-05-2010, 10:23 AM.Comment

Re: Official PS3 Discussion Part III...
Lol, typing this from the iPad, I didn't much failure rates on the 40/80 at all, most seem to come from the 60gb, nit sure why. I did read that Sony made the 80gb a bit different inside, hit sure what was made different.N.Y Mets

).
I trust that my machine will last me for a long time, but I just can't begin to imagine what it would mean if mine crapped out and I wasn't even close to being updated with my information. I'll begin performing a backup right now.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment
