Im not sure about the compatibility of that one but i haven't heard anyone having any particular issues yet.

It's usb supported so it shouldnt be much of an issue. That's the great thing about having a PS3... I posted a couple of days ago that my bro. is using a PC usb controller as an extra controller... and its sixaxis too

I don't know if it's just me, but in the DVD/Blu-ray/CD volume settings, when I put it up to +2 for louder sounds, it actually sounds pretty crappy. That said, I put it at -2 for possibly the best quality sound. Perhaps you guys should test this and verify if I'm hearing this correctly.

Interesting you say that, using a USB external HD does it save to it automatically or is it only there so you can transfer files to save space on the built in HD? Ive been thinking of picking up a new HDD to replace the 40GB I have in it currently but havent gotten around to it, if a USB external HDD does the trick then that would certainly work better for me.

If you're going to use an external drive make sure you format it to FAT32, unless you are talking about a USB external drive?

Yes. I have a WD Passport, and it works just fine on my PS3. Just make sure it's FAT32.

Man, I've spent the last twenty minutes looking at stuff about those trigger mods. I really want them, but ten bucks is a little crazy. Ten buck is only ten bucks, but it seems like they should be like two bucks - hell, 99 cents.

Yeah, I'm probably just gonna break down and do it. Part of the problem is that I want to score a DS3, too, and those are already expensive enough without tacking on another $10. But, whatever, I've "thrown away" ten bucks a million times. What's once more?
