Ok, I know someone here has to have the trophy in NCAA 11 for holding your opponent under 100 yards of total offense, and if so, are there any stipulations, ie. default sliders etc, that will hinder my ability to get this? I ask because I just held Tennessee to 96 yards of total offense and didnt get it again, week one I played New Mexico and held them below 100 and didnt get it then either. It would be nice if there was a stipulation to getting the trophy that they actually listed what the hell that was.

There are no stipulations, other than it has to be a Play Now or Dynasty mode game. I set up a Play Now game with 1 minute quarters and had the difficulty on Freshman.

Amazes me that it wont give it to me when Im playing legit on 8 minute quarters, All-American using the sliders we are using in our OD yet you can use a completely watered down difficulty like freshman on 1 minute quarters and it unlocks it. Sometimes the people who think up these trophies need to do a much better job in the execution of them.

It was probably just a fluke that you didn't get the trophy.

As far as using watered-down settings, you gotta play the cards that you're dealt man. If they allow me to get trophies using an easier method, I'm going to go that route. If you tried to get all of the NCAA 11 trophies through more "legit" methods, it would probably take five years.

That wasnt a knock on you, we do it in every game that we can, my issue is with the fact that it worked on easier settings but wont unlock on harder settings, it makes no sense to me. To think that I could start a 1 minute quarter, freshman difficulty game and get the same trophy that I cant get on All-American, 8 minute quarters is a little silly at best. I guess its a little disappointing that I can hold Tennessee to 96 yards of total offense over a full game using 8 minute quarters and get nothing but apparently if I take the same matchup and decrease the quarters while lowering the difficulty I get the trophy, its just a letdown.

Got my 3rd platinum last night with Assassin's Creed 2. Hopefully it came in time to show up on the August standings.

it wasn't too bad. The longest part is finding all of the feathers; but if you print out the maps you can find online it is not hard at all. I found about 50 on my own, and then had to use the maps.

My trophy gathering's going to take a hard hit this month due to Starcraft. There is Madden coming out, but nothing else is on my PS3 radar right now.

Maybe I could pick up a few on NCAA too, if I don't end up trading it in FOR Madden.

Thanks for the update Ryan as usual. I just got RDR last week, so I'm looking forward to catching up on those trophies.

I didn't realize I had broken the 1000 bronze trophy mark. I'm looking forward to that 100th gold.
