Re: Sony PSVITA Discussion
Also saw that there was an option to use my vita as a controller but am not sure what games support this feature yet. GT5 maybe? I imagine it will be similar to what the Wii U gamepad does.PSN: ckarlic

Re: Sony PSVITA Discussion
I haven't played many games and I'm still playing through it, but so far Gravity Rush is my favorite. It's not without faults, but it's got so much style, interesting mechanics around the manipulation of gravity, great art, music and atmosphere, and a quirky female lead. It's something Vita can call its own, and hopefully we'll get more like it.Go Noles!!! >>----->Comment

Re: Sony PSVITA Discussion
Instructions I found on gaf for how to get LBP Cross Controller to work.
- Bought the Cross controller DLC on the PSN store, on my PS3.
- Downloaded the Cross Controller pack.
- Installed the PS3 pack.
- Started my Vita.
- Went to PSN store, open my download list.
- Found the Cross Controller download for the Vita.
- Downloaded that to my Vita.
- Installed the pack on my Vita.
- Started my Free Digitial PSN Plus Version of LBP 2.
- was prompted to update the game.
- Updated the game.
(the next steps are only necessary if you haven´t finished the first planet in LBP 2)
- Started LBP 2 on my PS3.
- Played all the levels on the first planet.
- Then I beat the boss (the big monkey one with davinci in it) and unlocked planet 2.
- Backed out to my spaceship (hub).
- Went to the controller and pressed Sqaure.
- Now I had the option called "Cross Controller"
- pressed that option.
- and then read the short description.
- pressed "connect".
- then this screen popped up.
- Turned on my Vita.
- then I pressed on the Remote play app.
- then I pressed the cross controller icon.
- The app opens.
- I pressed connect.
- and it connected to my PS3.
- Then it started downloading 463Mb´s on my Vita.
- I left the app running untill it had downloaded the data.
- Then it exited and installed a new app on my Vita.
- I opened the new app on my Vita.
- And now I could control LBP 2 on my PS3 with my Vita..
Instructions from the development team.....
Hi Everyone
It seems that a good number of eager Cosmos explorers are struggling to launch the Cross-Controller functionality of the LittleBigPlanet 2: Cross-Controller Pack.
So here's a step-by-step guide on how you can get the LittleBigPlanet 2: Cross-Controller Pack to launch!
It's relatively simple to get things up and running, so don't be put off by how many steps there are.
It's mostly self-explanatory and you'll receive instructions on your PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita throughout the installation process.
I just want to make sure that I'm here with you every step of the way when installing the LittleBigPlanet 2: Cross-Controller Pack!
Before we begin though, there's a couple of very important things that you should be check.
1. Ensure that you have the latest firmware for your PlayStation Vita. Further instructions on how to perform this update can be found here:

Upon leaving the Story, you should find yourself back in familiar territory, your next stop will likely be your brand new Cross-Controller Moon to check out the new Tutorials and all the goodies that you recently picked up in the new Story.
Good luck with your brand new adventure in the Unexplored Cosmos and your first step into Cross-Controller gameplay for LittleBigPlanet!
If your Vita and PS3 are on the same network and you can't get them to see eachother, go onto your PS3's network settings and look at the 'Settings and Connection Status List' then go onto your Vita, get up the network settings on their, choose your network and go to advanced. From there go to IP address and change it from automatic to manual, input everything the same as it is on your PS3 (Default Router == Default Gateway) except the IP. Add an extra number to it, for example if the PS3 says 192.168.0.58 change the Vita to 192.168.0.59Last edited by CaptainZombie; 12-20-2012, 10:15 AM.Comment

Re: Sony PSVITA Discussion
Hey Guys,
Thinking of picking this up, searched for an answer to my question and all I find is MLB the Show is the only game that supports Vita and PS3 cross play, meaning I can continue my saved games on the Vita from PS3 and vice versa. Are there any other games that are supported, or in the works? I would love for Madden and NBA 2K to be supported in the future..Comment

Otherwise, other games which definitely support this are:
- PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale
- ZEN Pinball
- MotorStorm RC
- Sound Shapes
The first three are just connected through your PSN itself, so that's where the scores and such kick in. The third one has to be manually uploaded to its own cloud storage ala The Show.
Maybe people can comment on games like NFS, Hustle Kings, and Street Fighter X Tekken?Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment
