Exactly what I’m saying!!! Just release madden, fifa, nba live, more need for speed etc no year and just have roster updates for future years and of course keep the online servers up. They might even be able to get a full 60 msrp with no complaints. I’m not a hardcore gamer but I can’t believe they have nba 2k17 or modern warfare for 3ds and not on vita. Maybe even some good ol snes style side scrollers.

I just purchased a brand new vita a month ago mainly for ps4 remote play but I HATE touch pad controls so now I’m pretty much only using it for PS Vita titles. I’m not a rpg person but have done ok finding games so far. I now want to buy games I would have never considered before. I think there’s more love than SONY realizes.

Not sure if this is the right place but I’m not really a fan of rpgs but I think I like the new South Park played the demo it stemmed cool so would child of light be a good fit?

Has anyone tried to remote play on NBA 2k18? How is it? Do you need to be connected to the same network as your PS4 for it to work?

I’ve had a vita a long time, but between kids and work, never really got to use it. Just dusted it off.

I played NBA 2K16 using Vita Remote Play. It's fine. At least R2/L2 are mapped to the triggers, even though the other four R/L buttons are still on the rear touchpad. I played it with ease, and no "lag" issues or anything like that. I was always connected at home, though. My Internet is not strong or fast enough to try it outside of the house.

One weird thing went on in RP, though. Every time I try to go for a spin move, a timeout is called. It's because the front touch screen is equivalent to a PS4 controller touchpad press, and my thumb would just barely touch that screen on spins.

            No, franchise.

Vita lag, or lack thereof, is so much better than it was a couple of years back before the 60 FPS update. Before I thought it was an unplayable gimmick, and now it's actually worthy of something. I play Everybody's Golf on it, that might be able to tell you enough about how it is.

That being said, I don't own televisions with 15ms response time either, so it's not like I'm comparing it to a monitor, but simply a playable television. When I do that comparison, they are nearly...

Hey Everyone - my wife got me a PlayStation vita for Christmas so that I could play it on the go and not have to be at the playstation to play since it has the remote play. I am enjoying it so far, especially being able to play through remote play to the PS4.

One question, is there anyway to connect to a WPA Enterprise internet connection through the Vita? It looks like they only give you two options (neither of which allow me to connect to my work internet) but my work uses WPA Enterprise and uses a username/password combo to log in to the internet.

Does anyone have any issues with their WiFi on the Vita? I get 75mbps at home but when I look at the WiFi status on the Vita I am averaging between 6 and 10 mbps, which is crazy low. I tried changing the DNS to different servers but that hasnt helped any. I also did the unchecking the power save option for WiFi. I just dont understand how the speeds could be so slow unless it is just the Vita itself.

Sony is known for having slow speeds so that’s probably it I imagine

Transfer MLB 15 save directly by USB?

This is for any Vita folks who are tech savvy (which is not me by a longshot!). I loved playing my MLB 15 franchise back and forth between my Vita and my PS4. Now that they closed the servers, I can no longer just sync my saves like before. Is there a way to manually sync the saves by connecting my Vita directly to the USB port on the PS4? Or by putting the save on a flash drive and transferring that way? Or, is it now impossible to sync a save between the two? Any help would be appreciated!

I don't much think it is supported anymore in that fashion. Especially if you are talking about doing it with an MLB 18 save file. It can probably only look forward, not backward (meaning 18 could potentially read a 15 save file, but 15 can't read an 18 save file).

I would try it with the PS4 version of 15 before even considering something like that for Vita, which I have too by the way and would love to continue playing The Show that way (outside of just Remote Play, that is).

No, I have not even bought MLB 18 (or 17 for that matter - I play far more on my Vita than my PS4). I am just trying to do what I was doing before - sync my MLB 15 franchise back and forth from the Vita to the PS4. I am just not sure if (or how) one can read the other's saves (without having their server involved). Thanks!

I don't believe this is a viable option, unfortunately.

I really wish it were. I'd still be playing MLB 12, 14 and 15 if we had that ability. Making the files server-based was done strictly for economical reasons. Developers might claim something else, but pretty clear that thing were locked to prevent this type of file sharing between PS3 and Vita (there's a way to do it on the MGS HD Collection, I believe) and make consumers buy the latest game each year.

Who's still using their Vita in 2019? Any specific plans for the system?

I'm determined to finish my Orioles season in MLB 14. We're 2 games out of the second Wild Card with 12 games to go. I'll play MLB 15 on occasion, and also go all the way back to MLB 12 for some classic rosters.

I need to finally play Tearaway, a game I've owned for several years, but just never got around to checking out. I also have MGS 2 on the MGS HD Collection to replay, Soul Sacrifice and a few other games. I also want to revisit Uncharted and Gravity Rush.
