Well now I just realized that Amazon is offering 6 month financing as well. -__-

Too tempting to get the Launch Bundle.

What! I just got that game yesterday for $29.99. I want my $5 back!

        Edit: Now it's $39.96. I'm cool.

I saw that too. I had my cart up to $400.00 with Vita stuff. But then I realized I hate owing money, no interest or not, so I quickly emptied a few things out and got it back down to 298.00.

            LOL.

I understand. However, I can justify paying for it over 6 months, with a simple, "hey it's $50 a month."

I can't justify dropping $300 without one game, not yet at least.

I tried to go play it yesterday, but no display model was available at hte BB and GS I went to.

Once I get more games I'm not going to want to keep putting games in and out of the Vita. It's one game I know I would never sell.

Not answering for Paul, but I know I love accessing games from the memory card, instead of having to exchange them out.

EDIT: And Paul just said what I was thinking. It's so nice just tapping a screen, and the game starts.

This is huge news for pushing digital.

Cross Platform Play: 2 Consoles, 1 Price
You do get somethings for free. Sometimes.

Sony has announced that when PlayStation Vita launches on 22 February you will be able to download MotorStorm RC, Hustle Kings, Top Darts, WipEout HD and HD Fury DLC for WipEout 2048 and Capcom's, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 DLC on the PlayStation Store that will let you play them on both PS3 and PS Vita for one price.

And if you already own any of the above games on your PS3, you will be able to download the equivalent software to your PS Vita for free, and vice versa. So there's no longer any need to purchase the same content twice.

It's all a part of Sony's push to stress the relationship between the two consoles, and the importance of Cross Platform Play, which lets players compete against one another regardless of which console they choose to play on.

WipEout HD + Fury are the only two games I have on that list, and it sounds like they would only work if you have WipEout 2048 as well. I'd like to see NBA JAM: On Fire Edition, NFL Blitz, and ZEN/Marvell Pinball be added.

I have Hustle Kings, but I have to wonder if anyone plays it anymore.

For Wipeout, you'd have to own 2048, right? I have HD and Fury thanks to the PSN Hackfest...maybe worth jumping on that Amazon deal above...

                          Re: Sony PSVITA Discussion

I'm a huge fan of this thing but for what it's worth here are a couple of negative things so far:

                          1. I haven't been able to get the Vita to work via tethering on my iPhone. I thought I would be able to access wi-fi via my tethering connection but so far it won't work. And you can't link the iPhone to the Vita via Bluetooth either.

                          2. The browser is horrid. I tried to access Operation Sports with it and I could read stuff but I couldn't post anything.

Overall this doesn't change my opinion of the console but if you're dying to tether this think or post on OS via your Vita (haha) you're probably going to be out of luck, at least until they update the firmware.
