I've been trying to recharge the Vita and the PS light is flashing orange for a few minutes then disappears. I left it charging for a few hours only to attempt to turn on the Vita and see that the batter was still red. What gives? Am I doing something wrong? Or do I have a defective Vita?
It might seem dumb, but make sure you plugged the charge cable in logo side up - believe it or not, it actually plugs in both ways. This situation was one of my first experiences with the Vita when I got the First Edition, so I have to ask just to make sure.

I still have just a few PITA trophies to get on MK for the PS3 so I was thinking I was going to hold off as it would take from that, but I don't think I'll be able to control my desire for more MK!

I actually traded in my 360 copy of MK when I got the Vita specifically because I knew I was going to get the Vita version.

Ugh. I tried to play the Daily Tournament in Hot Shots last night and lo and behold, I need an Online Pass to access Online. Well, flippin' GameStop gave me a box that had no Online Code in it. So, I've got to back there today and get one from them.

They've done that twice to me in the past. Was the game wrapped? I won't ever buy a "new" game from them that is not wrapped any more because of that very reason.

The last 4 times I have bought a game from Gamestop (and this covers about 3 years) I have always somehow gotten the "last copy" and it's never sealed. I don't plan on ever buying a game from them again.

The worst part about it, is the game IS used, because the employees will use that copy to try it out... yet you can't return it since they call it "new", and you still have to pay full price.

                Complete BS.

I've had that happen with the last few games I bought from there. Good thing I had returned two of them back, but this policy of theirs is plain goofy gutting the last copy.

                    No, it was not wrapped.

I'm DONE with GameStop after I go in attempt to get my code that I paid for today.

I don't like Gamestop, at all. It is a waste. I would much rather purchase from Wal-Mart or Best Buy, etc. Fully wrapped, much better return policy, and Best Buys used prices are much better.

Well, I got my Online Pass for HSG, so I'm going to hop into a Daily Tournament today and see how I do.

I'm still not sure of which swing mechanic to use, though. What are you guys using?

I've been meaning to throw this out there as a question as well.

I personally use the second from the left, the closing circle mechanic.

I'm and old schooler. I use the original mechanic, the old "Bar on the bottom" style.

PGA tour style, if any of you remember.

That's the one all the way to the left, right?

I just started playing last night and right now only have 2 swing style options. How long does it take you to unlock the other 3, and how do you unlock them?
