Re: Wii U Discussion
You may roll your eyes at this but Bowling in Wii Sports Club is STILL the greatest party game ever. Now that it has online play, you never have to play alone again. Representing a Club means there's always competition out there.Comment

Re: Wii U Discussion
Finally got my Fit Meter today, a little bigger than I thought it would be, and of course I had to get a balance board. Nothing like a game telling you that you are fat though, lolComment

Re: Wii U Discussion
ODogg: I still truly think that Sonic Racing is and will be better than Mario Kart. Very underrated game in my opinion, with a better sensation of speed.
souljabill: Wii Sports Club is exactly what I wanted. I went out during the 24 hour trial period, and did a bunch of online tennis matchups. Online is what that game was missing, and now it's there in quick bursts (is there a way to do bowling with less than 4 players?)
Got my WiiU Fit Meter online right away to unlock the game. I like the activities and exercises better with this one compared to the Wii versions.
The system is getting daily play in my house. It's currently our only system next to the homebrewed Wii, but while I get the Nintendo games, I can still get the 3rd party games as well that I want. So what if they don't totally make use of the gamepad? If I got them on the 360 or ps3, they wouldn't either as there isn't one. This way, I don't have to buy a complete 2nd console. CoD game? Check. AC4? Check. Batman? Check. Lego games? Check.
For the games that I'm into these days with the limited time I have to play any longer, the system is right in my wheelhouse. Specs are horsepower no longer drive my decisions at age 36 with a 5 year old. Fun and mindlessness are key, and a bit of an escape for the violence and anger in the news, TV, movies, and life these days. I need some pick me ups somewhere in life, and something a little different.XBox Gamertag: djbeth77

Re: Wii U Discussion
Started World 3 before coming to work tonight and they seem to be getting more tricky and "hectic" now but still a lot of fun.Joshua:

Re: Wii U Discussion
Lots of exclusive games coming out for the Wii U over the next 6 months. If you don't like Nintendo games then there is no need for the Wii U. If you like them it's going to be very fun system for you.
Don't forget about the launch Mario side scrolling game. Classic Mario in addition to the 3D one just released. My kids really want Yoshi's Land/Epic Yarn or whatever they will call it.Last edited by rudyjuly2; 11-27-2013, 09:00 AM.Comment
