Yup..Doesn't look like it is 100% available yet. I update my PS3 earlier this morning and I recently received the message that the PSN is still undergoing maintenance. I expect it to be this way for a couple of days or so.

I'm able to sign in again now - the sign in process has indeed been down a few times today, but I don't think it's kicking people off who are already signed in. I've been having wireless issues today(fine day for that...lol ), and I've gotten the maintenance message a few times when trying to sign back in.

bcruise sums it up pretty well. If you're on the network you're fine. It seems the authentication servers are getting bogged down a bit. Earlier today, when trying to change the password on one of my alternate accounts via an email link, I was getting timed out errors and the captcha image wouldn't display. Came back an hour later and it worked fine.
