What place gives the most trade in value toward a new One system for a deal like that (trading in older One for new One)?

Re: Xbox One
What sucks is that GAMESTOP does not take into consideration if the console has 500gb or 1tb. They give you same price for both which I think is lame.
Right now their offer is $175 for any ps4 and xbox one towards a new console of choice.Comment

Re: Xbox One
Package together some old games and your system on Craigslist, you could probably get $250, much better deal than trading it in to Lamestop or such..Streaming PC & PS5 games, join me most nights after 6:00pm ET on TwitchTV https://www.twitch.tv/shaunh20

Re: Xbox One
The cradle I use for my controllers is on sale:
http://www.amazon.com/Microsoft-lice...6c4fd5a0330INT
Note I call it a cradle, because they rest on the charger, you don't have to plug them in. The PS4 variant requires you to line up the miniUSB port, etc.Comment

Re: Xbox One
Quantum Break releasing on PC as well confirmed
I kinda think this is bad news for XBOX ONE.
MS can spin it about merging the brands but to me if XBXOE ONE had a larger install base they would not do this. MS knows it cannot count on XB1 to sell millions of copies of their new AAA games alone so they will release them on Windows to make more money.
I think this hurts overall sales for xbox one consoles because a pc player has no reason to think about getting an xbox one for their hit titles.Comment

But not every PS4 owner also has the money for a killer PC that delivers awesome graphics....so "just playing it on PC" isn't really that much of an option.
Separately, this is more the era of 3rd party gaming, it's not like Sony's really brought it that much with first party games yet either....In general companies will want to make as much money as possible.Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Re: Xbox One
It seems Microsoft is more concerned with getting people into a unified ecosystem of Xbox and Xbox Live.
I can't wait to see the PC version of QB as those recommended specs are beastly (980ti).Comment

A sony only fan can get an xbox to play those games if it intrigues them but you cutting out another portion of the available base that can potentially get you more sales.
I can assure you that is MS had close to 40 million xbox one sold they would have no reason to do this knowing full well that most likely games will be had cheaper on pc and opening themselves up for piracyComment

Re: Xbox One
I understand that for sure. But to me is not about what games Sony is bringing because they have the install base and Sony this gen is mostly about getting 3rd party exclusivity which is making them money. To me the ability to stream XB1 games to a windows device becomes irrelevant to a pc gamers only that thinks Gears or Quantum break looks great and thinks about getting an xbox one at 300 or 350. But now they say why should I when I can just get it the good things xb offers on my pc without having to spend a dime. Most times the game will be cheaper on PC as well.

Re: Xbox One
I agree with NY in regards to Xbox One exclusives being released on PC because it hurts the console in my opinion because those who are PC gamers already have the rig to play games and thus, have no reason to buy an Xbox One especially if they already own a PS4.
It would be smarter if the exclusives were released six months later on PC but announced until a month or so from release. I bought an Xbox One for a few exclusives including Quantum Break and the only reason why I don't just say screw Xbox One and play on PC is because I have never been nor ever will be a PC gamer. Just not for me.
Either way, im just hoping the game itself is good and I'll be happy.Comment
